@@symonroe8095 I do! I suggest you stay in a riad in the old medina to be closer to the souks and the Jamaa el fna square. You can try couscous on fridays, tanjia is a speciality of Marrakech and tagine is famous in Morocco. For sweets, you can find different types of cakes(?) being sold like Ghriba and Kaab el ghzal. Definitely, visit the square and go to a rooftop café at night. Visit the Majorelle garden and Yves Saint Laurent museum. Go to Gueliz, it's more modern, to shop in stores such as zara, stradivarius, etc. Experience the night life in a club or bar, I suggest l'épicurien for a fun night out. Visit the outskirts like Agafay and Terres d'Amanar for hand gliding and quads. I hope this was insightful lol. I'll try to write a blog post about it and send you the link maybe.

Yes the call for pray is so calming and magical and you feel it because your sool is pure

Carol Inturias yes! There are forts and ramparts and palaces, one even in the middle of a lake. There are amazing textiles and heritage crafts (which is why I recommended here), music and dances. Check these places out!

I visited Marrakesh a few years ago, totally fell in love with having mint tea in the afternoons, so I bought some mint tea from the souk to bring home. when I got home I unpacked and put it away and completely forgot about it. A month or so later I remembered I had it, when I opened up the bag all these little moths flew out 😮 safe to say I never drank the tea ☕️😕 I also bought way to may beautiful glass lanterns and throws such a great place to shop 😁

Hey Alexandra from NY! LOVE LOVE LOVE your channel! Look forward to every Friday. So I have this little metal caddy next to the tv. It holds my keys, remotes and mail. It’s one of the first things you see walking into my apartment. The caddy is unsightly but I can’t hang a shelf on walls. Any cuter options to hold these items?
