I feel you made me visit my own city - did not know about these shops. I always said everyone should buy a tour guide of their city and discover it through the eyes of a tourist.

When you were at buk & nola, you were in my (immediate) ‘hood! 😃 you missed an amazing shop a few steps from buk & nola, it’s called Coeur d’artichaut. Everything is so beautiful in there. They sell beautiful lamps and washed linen. Solo is also a cool clothing shop on Laurier east.

Montreal was lovely - a trip to Buk & Nola is a must Thanks for the tour Alexandra and Co 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

I take a multivitamin fish oil vitamin C and vitamin D. Now how do I know which vitamins to take well it’s simple when you get to be my age which is in my 50s he basically either consult with your physician to get his or her opinion on which vitamins is best to take for you or am I case my mom recommended that I take all these different multivitamins because she did the same thing when she was my age so I took my mother’s advice and started taking a multivitamin Fishel vitamin C and vitamin D especially now because of Covid
