There should be a congressional investigation and then laws passed to compel staff to come forward when there is a problem of this magnitude. It's not so much turning on the president as it is taking care of the country. I don't care who's in that office if they're not fit, we need to take action. Do we want to wind up like we did under Woodrow Wilson with his wife running the country?
