Jason Snell is so good at narrating these adventures that 1) I can't imagine anyone else doing it, and 2) If I ever hear him in anything else I bet I'll only be able to hear the Snellotron. His voice is just perfect for it, and the cadence he uses is perfect as well.

Grey seemed really shocked at the nine alarms thing. I know that there is a cognitive bias toward accepting one's own special circumstances as the norm, but I'd like to point out that there is a kind of person for whom this is really standard. I myself had to train myself down to three alarms (I almost never used all 8 I used to set up, but that's how many I needed to trust myself), because I noticed my brain getting used to the first few alarms being like drills. Anyway, my point is that this sort of thing happens all the time to a certain large group of people.

There is a different symbol between thunderbolt 3 and a simple usb c and since the 2 standarts have specified capabilities since you recognise the symbol you theoretically know the specifications

My Dogs eventually learned to just ignore there Roomba. They even ignore the automatic lawnmower. They step out of it's way if they feel like it..or they don't, however they feel.

I don't understand adult guys speaking about such childish unprofessional things like Apple... And really appreciate USB-C and for speed and reliability (I have never changed cables and all them - even cheap ones were fine). Go cheaper and more professional alternative...
