F40 has always been my favorite car and looking at the direction of vehicles I will say it will probably always be on top. With that said this one in particular is it. This would be my dream car. If I had one car to park in my garage this would be it. Thank you so much for sharing the work of art with us.

This Car....is Pure ART..... an incredible mix of beauty power and speed..... not necessarily in this order.. but that continually blend together, creating something "incomprehensible" and beautiful.

We'll one would have to hear out Novitec on this incarnation. BUT to say having studied the F40 for many years this car does look authentic. The carbon fibre splitter is a modern add on. All LM cars were original F40 chassis numbers homologated for GT1 in the late 80s. Thereafter only 6 of them were reworked as LM GTE cars with a totally reconstructed much larger wing, them being upgraded also from original F40 LM chassis numbers. Everything other than that are probably modern day reincarnates. PS: Agreed! I just took note of the rear deck and body panels aft of the doors... this is not an original F40 LM

I was fortunate to see (and hear) one of these in the flesh at Antwerp Concours d'Elegance, 5th of september 2021. Although it certainly wasn't the only old race car in mint condition there, it was the one I would've taken home if I had to choose one. It looked like it came out of the shop the day before, just like this one. The owner also exposed the car's engine and gave it a good rev. A true low flying racing machine with a license plate on it.

What's the serialnumber of that F-40 ? Pretty sure it's not an original Michelotto LM, but a normal F40 with some cosmetic "LM style" body parts and a tubi exhaust.

I'd love to see them refurbish the F50 next, then have a beauty contest 👌

That F40 LM is to todays Ferraris like cool uncle who's way cooler than nephews and the most coolest person in entire family :))

Somehow I glossed over or was in a rush to get on this vid and missed the LM part, suddenly taking notice during the intro as the camera went over the front end and caught the pressure relief cuts. Okay, I'm saying to myself, like an F40 isn't rare enough, BdK went full monty on the rarity factor by 20fold. I'm committed now, let's see where this goes. 😁👍

Sorry, this is not a real F40 LM. Wrong rear hood, side mirrors, side glasses, brake calipers and wheels. Its a LM modified F40

Does not seems like. A original LM has red fasteners on the rear bonnet, unlike the normal F40 which, like here, has black ones. But thats the only thing on which i can tell its not a original one, I am not that deep into Ferraris.

That's not an LM. It has some LM bits bolted on.
