Some people just reacts to things differently. I lost my best friend to suicide, also lost my grandpa and aunt to cancer, and while these losses definitely changed my life, I would say that the thing that changed my life the most was adopting my cat.

No one probably cares but here’s mine 12 year old: last year I met this new girl in my class and we became best friends, she was like my twin and another part of my soul. We were in all the same classes and clubs together and very close. But this March right before school shut down her mother told her that her and her family had to move 2 hours away to take care of my friend’s grandparents. I thought I’d get two more months with her but then school shutdown and she moved. We never exchanged phone numbers so I can’t communicate with her but I did learn, appreciate the time you have with someone, because you’ll never know how long you get with them

The day that changed my life was when I met one of my closest friends in fourth grade. I met him at a young age of 9, and now I can’t imagine life without him. And to think, I almost lost him because he moved away at the end of the year. But on the first day of fifth grade, I saw him on the bus. I almost cried of happiness, but didn’t let him see. I’m 13). When my house got destroyed in Hurricane Florence. It made me look at what I had and made me realize that that could be taken away in a split second. It still affects me because FEMA told us we had to live there still because we had one bedroom left along with the dining room and office and kitchen so I’m still living in it even though half of my house doesn’t have a ceiling and the walls of those rooms have mold. I move out in a month.

I totally agree with the lady who said, “Every moment is changing my life!” None of us are the same person we were 10 years ago, or a month ago or last week. Every minute of your life influences what does or does not happen at some point down the road!

So, this is my answer: 12: when I changed schools, that changed my life for quite some reasons: left my toxic friends behind, left an extremely hard school that had some really messed up things going on there, changed to a better and lighter school, got new friends and finally felt happy with my school

Having my daughter, she’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me

there's something about the 62-year-old's moment that's just really special. it's so simple. it's not a huge life event like a death, a marriage etc. it's very raw.

Mine in order: 1 losing my cat (I was 5 when we got him and lost him at 10) 2 being told that my dad has blood clots and could go to his brain or heart 3 trying to commit suicide 4 believe in god and not just because I was raised like that

The five year old is the wisest of them all - "I don't have one of those" 😄❤️

"my divorce" idk why, but 40 y.o hits different here, hope she is doing fine

R.I.P I also went through what you’ve been. My yellow budgie died and she was the only one we had trained. We named her Lilly but realized she was a boy after his death. It happened 3 Weeks ago. When I was 5, I woke up to see a policeman at my bedroom door and my parents were arguing lots. That was the day it all ended.

So true Amy. She's far too young to be going through that. I felt for her.

I lost my dad when I was 14 (I know it’s a year younger than the girl who said it) but that really hit hard. Hope she’s doing okay, it changed my life too.

Meeting my husband, changed my life plus getting accepted into Dental hygiene school..
