    Glad to see you back on YT... I was missing you, so, thanks for the update. I like Teeny Tiny's suggestion for getting a cute work-out outfit for the gym. That, and some inspiring music, and you will be good to go! Oh, and great suggestion with the fiber gummies... I think I'll give them a try!

    Hi Molly, missed your videos. Happy to see you back! You look great, and congrats on your loss. Take what your boss said about your clothes as an NSV, as well as fitting into an XL! WLS is a great motivator in taking personal control of our lives, one that many of us had lost control of, due to weight. You video was filled with lots of positive things!!! Keep it up, Molly.     Soooo awesome to see you back!! You look great! I had a lot of "yuuuup" moments watching your video- were in similar boats right now. Keep up the good work, it's definitely showing! Ps- I hate going to the gym alone too... But I started going last week and it just gets easier.

    Molly!! You're back! Missed your face :) I totally understand not caring much about food anymore. It actually makes me kinda sad :( Hoping that changes and I find a happy medium. Constipation...yep, I'm with ya. No rhyme or reason really, just sort of comes and goes?? Trying to figure out my work out plan right now too... Keep us posted. I've been slacking on exercise and need to get my ass in gear! We'll find our groove and proceed to rock it.

    Yay! So great to see an update from you!! I've been on the fiber gummies since surgery almost three weeks ago and they seem to be working. I will look for the babybel Gouda here in Seattle, sounds yummy! Also wanna say thanks for being so honest about losses/gains etc. Pretty frustrating that in week 2 and 3 I've lost a combined 1.4lbs. Since I'm around 600 calories at this point, it's looking like I will be a slow loser as well. Way to go on 30lbs in 7 weeks!

    Good to see you back! You look great!!! I have a constipation issue too. I found a cereal that has 10g per 3/4 cup, I eat it twice a week with almond milk. it's called Uncle Sam and has flaxseed. It seems to be working without the side effects of a laxative. Yeah theres cabs but it complex carbs - the good kind. Keep posting girl!

    Protizyme is awesome. I have peanut butter cookie and strawberry. But I've tried all of them and I like them all. They don't have a protein taste and they mix well.

    trader joes sells steamed lentils and 1/2 c is 120 cal and 8g of fiber, 10g of carbs. maybe you could add 1/4 to a meal. I love lentils :) good luck! also maybe you could find a really cute workout outfit to make the gym less intimidating. you are looking great! keep making videos :) ask the grocery store to order the babybelle gouda, they will probably do it, no problem. weighing in everyday can mess with your mind with the way fluid affects it. glad you are doing well!

    I've MISSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDD YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! Benefiber works for me, I mix it in to anything. I also take probiotics and it really helps too. Quest bars also have great fiber, so that's a plus. That's a hard decision to make regarding that trainer douche bag. But maybe you can alter his mind with your strong prowess. :) I've missed your FACE!!! Please continue your videos! Don't worry about your pants/gains. Our bodies are soooo whackadoodle. I had a rough week this week too. But great job with keepin' on truckin'. I'm proud of you.
