Me too. Less dimension on your face overall. And the left side of your face looks much different than the other side. Especially around nasabiol fold. Less fat higher on face making this fold more visible perhaps? Will be curious whether you like over time.

I don't think that anyone is saying that she didn't look good before. People noticed that she lost some weight, & she stopped eating sugar & drinking any alcoholic beverages, so THAT'S what we noticed, Not the procedure. This just goes to show you that proper nutrition really does make a huge difference in how we look in our face, & not just our body.

Hi Penn! 😊. Great information! My daughter had amazing long lasting results from Agnes used to treat her cystic acne. She had two treatments during significant breakouts (, which is when you have to have the treatments) and has not had any problems in those areas since! 🙌 Suvh great results for her!

I would never mess with the fat in the face! Facial fat is one big thing that makes a person look youthful! Once it's gone, it's gone! Trust me. I lost a lot of fat in my face from weightloss and now my face is saggy because there is no fat to hold it up and it's gone. The failure rate for fat transfer is pretty high too so don't expect the rely on that. Plz be careful!!

I understand what you’re saying. Sometimes the fat is protruding in a way that isn’t good- like under eye bags (when people get lower blepharoplasty). This is the type of fat reduction I’m talking about. Very selective, small areas.

Gosh, I was happy to have the fat in my jowls and submental removed via Morpheus8. In my mind, facial fat is only good when it's positioned in the 'right' places. Fat along the jawline or under my chin isn't something I wanted to keep!!

​@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE but you did treat the lower face too in the video. Also in your newest videos your face aspeccialy lower face looks much different, much slimmer. You are of course beautiful and if you like the look, it is all that matters. But I also prefer a fuller lower face, because it looks more youthful in my opinion.

Like the other commenters, I did notice a slight difference a few months ago, but just assumed you had something up your sleeve- as you always do! You look amazing❤

Hi Penn, thanks for sharing your experience. I have hereditary malar bags which I have wanted to get rid of ever since I was a teenager. Agnes sounds like a good solution. It is insane how slow the body seems to metabolize the dead fat cells. You had only two treatments and you saw the results only after six months... you need a lot of patenience obviously but it pays off. I'm happy for you. I hope I'll find a solution for my problem too.

It is ok to age, no? The struggle is getting unachievable. I am embracing age and wrinkles and hope y'all will join me. I am already frustrated enough by life!

@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE I know you're sharing and I really appreciate it. There are so many different treatments now, I don't know what to do with my neck. I'm not afraid of surgery. A friend of my did the Morpheus treatment on her neck and I really can't tell much of a difference and it was expensive. I can't afford to have something not work. And the surgeon I'm thinking of is just excellent, if he's still practicing that is. I have to look at your video where you reference "deep plain" don't know what that is but hopefully I'll learn.

I’ve never seen anyone get more and more gorgeous. So beautiful! 😍 Have you heard of Neogen-Plasma? I have mine scheduled and would love to know your thoughts on this procedure!

Yes. They aren’t laser so hyperpigmentation isn’t as concerning although obviously a consultation is important to assess candidacy. Anything that causes inflammation can cause PIH. The Agnes causes inflammation so consult would be key 💙💙

How do these procedures compare to Thermage?

Anyone hear what the Dr said about Evoke cost? I listened a couple times but still couldn’t understand what she said. I heard $600 for a series of 6, (silly me initially thought that meant $100 each session for a total of $600!) then I heard her say that’s $400, then $3600 if you do both areas. The math isn’t mathing 😆🤣

Very timely. I am having Morpheus 8 on Monday. I have found a very experienced provider. I was worried about facial fat loss but she said it's very dependent on the depth of needles she uses. I have stopped using lash growth serums with prostaglandins as I think that has not helped my undereyes. Will be interested to see your results Penny

Hello Ms. Penny! What an interesting video. I have learned so much from you over the years. I am in the process of losing weight. I have lost 50 lbs already and have another 30 or so to go. The skin under my chin looks pretty rough, and looks worse the more weight I lose. Considering it takes about 6 months to see results anyways, and the treatments are spaced out, I am wondering if it would be wise to start treating the area now? Is the Agnes RF the same as Stlfirmx? My dermatologist offers Stlfirmx and it is also a radio frequency micro needling. Is it just a different brand? So confusing.

Well Agnes is different bc it’s either 1 or 3 needles and goes in 5mm to target fat cells while also stimulating collagen. Regular RF microneedling typically goes in 1-3mm at most (there is a body tip that goes in deeper but on the face it’s often 1-2 mm) 💙

Thank you for all of the info! I have had Sculptra injections close to my jowl area but mostly closer to the side/ear area. Any thoughts on if this could do anything negative/damage to previous injections?

I too have had sculptra in the jawline. It's there to re-generate collagen at that superficial level (and potentially help with bone stimulation if injected at a deeper level I've heard). I've never heard of (nor experienced) any drawbacks - other than those women who experience nodules

Would be great to learn if in addition to this RF procedure there are products that can stimulate fat in the face. I believe volufiline is one. Anybody have any information on this? I’m in the fence as I want to age gracefully and not panic everyone I see a sign of aging. ( I don’t) I’m late to the game of sunscreens because the sunscreens of my youth were awful. But I’m on board now with quite a bit and prepping my skin for tret and doing my own chemical peels.

I did the evoke. It reduced the fat in my cheeks, I did many treatments on my cheeks(originally reco was 6-8 treatments) I ended up doing 10-12 sessions on cheeks and a whopping 22+ on my neck. Never really saw any results.

I'd love to know if Im a candidate. I have a thin face so I cant risk losing fat The results on Penn are amazing. Does anyone know anyone great in NJ?

I want this so badly for my malar puffing but I’m too scared. Had one Tixel treatment and saw no results (aside from it looking like I had a chemical peel). I know, a series is best but I’m reluctant after the first one yielded little.

I think it takes at least 2-3 sessions with Tixel to see results, unfortunately.

Hi Penny! You look great. This is impressive, especially under the eyes, but I don’t want to lose fat anywhere on my face. I’ve had fat transfer which I loved, but it didn’t last. Your cheeks look good too, but when I’ve gotten fillers, I looked like a hippo, as the doctor won’t fill in the milar fat pad. This is the area I want plump. Thoughts?
