I take Iron (drink with orange juice for better absorption), zinc, omega 3/ Vit D, Multivitamins. Cultured milk or kombucha for probiotics.

Love your Chanel!!! THANKS for taking a moment to check on us in your intro. Everything you expressed is so true and relatable. It looks like things are going to be more drawn out than we have thought. We are all slowly adjusting if this is going to be our new normal. GOD help in the things we cannot change and accept what's best for us all. I am more concerned about our fast changing world of our young Adults. We woke up one day and saw our World's slowly came into a grinding hault. We are slowly figuring how to get the wheels churning again into our new reality. Our world has literally changed. I take a lot of spinach based smoothies. I struggle to stay on supplements. It's been a difficult to get as part of a healthy lifestyle. I take half a squeeze of lemon or lime every morning. That's just about it. 😊

Just a Share🙂 1.Coffee is best to be taken before 2 PM as it tends to last 6 to 8 hours in the body.As much as it keeps us awake it also tends to interfere with a Normal Healthy Sleep patterns depending on our Chronotype. 2. It's great to have your evening exercises/gymn atleast 4 hours before sleep. 🙏

Thank you. I think I need Calcium supplements because I also don't take milk. And then, I have also learnt that I can make collagen broth at home. This I must try. Very useful info 🙏

Thanks for all the information. This was such a timely video for me because I've been mauling on which ones to take. I must admit that I am very late to join the bandwagon but, hey, better late than ever! Must one have a blood test before taking any supplements? I ask because I know a few friends who didnt have one & are taking various supplements.

Hey, thanks for enlightening us, kindly requesting if you can do a research and get me /us contacts on people who sell UK second hand shoes, high waist super skinny jeans /material, maxi dresses /skirts etc ju you can round kwa hizi soko and don't get anything
Thanks for sharing. I’ll add magnesium to my workout diet. I’m also using vitamin E and cranberry. Cranberry is good for urinary tract health. Also, I take Omega 3 every other month. I recently ordered evening primrose for PMS. As you said, it’s good to first have an extensive blood check so as to figure what one needs. Stay fly :-)

Hi, next time you visit the UK, buy your supplements from a store called Holland and Barrett, they really have good ones and reasonable prices too. Love your videos.

Hi you should add Viatmin D3 supplement. It's the only vitamin that is used by every cell in our bodies. Contrary to popular belief we as black people don't get enough Vit D from the sun so most times we need to supplement. Helps with mental health,bone health & just with overall health. You can get a blood test too to check if you are deficient.

Cathy, for iron and haemoglobin do this please, it works almost immediately. Every other day, get 1/2 beetroot, 1/2 cucumber, one apple, one lemon and juice those items together....take it on an empty stomach preferably in morning. Again this works almost immediately. I am currently taking melatonin and Maca root, maca root is a great antidepressant, energy booster, hormone balance those are my reasons for taking it. It has other benefits which am actually scared of like making one fertile! I don't wanna get pregnant....it also increases libido jeez......

Thanks for sharing. I take Magnesium, Iron, kelp, Vitamin C, A, D, fish oil, Zinc and once in a while a probiotic. I make my own collagen broth.

@@FashionableStepMum It's mostly the chicken legs soup..It's Rich in collagen, a good source of hyaluronic acid-which is known as the fountain of youth and it also has chondroitin sulfate-which is good for osteoarthritis.
Acidophilus also promotes healthy bacteria in your gut. Great content as always.

Try beetroot for your low iron and haemoglobin. Works great for me. I hate the bloody smell of iron supplements.

I’m also always on iron tablets... my hemoglobin is always below 10.. because I have very heavy menses... I take Ranferon or saferon for iron... I take vit C, magnesium, calcium and multivitamin... I get my supplements from Germany. My best friend brings them for me every year... I’ve gotten used to being anemic, Yaani l will always know when my iron is low by the symptoms... feeling tired, dizziness and even craving for soil/udongo...etc. Thanks for sharing
