Honest here, not the first time hearing about some of the things but trying to get more sunlight in as early on is a great reminder I needed, I honestly cut off listening to music by a lot like a big chunk and even before that I haven't got to listen to music all that much tbh but the reminder that yeah they are kinda hype creating and can set you off a bit too much is something to think about for me since I'm already trying to read more or listen to audiobook if possible that time

The one about music got me. I usually listen to the radio on the way to work early in the morning. There's usually about 1 - 2 songs before i get there in between the talking segments that i don't find upset me mentally. At work though, background music is on all day. I don't notice it too much unless it's not very busy and it's a song i like. Then it takes my attention and i can't focus. I find if I listen to music intentionally though, it messes with my emotions and it gets stuck in my head. It's so hard to focus or sleep after that. It's not something i consciously thought of before but maybe i need to stop listening to it unless it's instrumental.

You are inspiring man. Thank you for sharing all the experience you have. Your contents are priceless, you basically show us the right ways how we can have better future in our lives.

So this is really familiar because my religion actully says it similarly like no music or the sixth one and last thanks because ur vids have helped me a lot

As a hindu fasting is a very common ritual associated with almost every festival. My dad does fast on every Tuesday and my mom does fast on every Monday. I wanted to start fasting once in a week too. I guess this time I will succeed. 😊
