7 steps to heal your INNER CHILD (and childhood trauma)

Do you have childhood trauma? Healing our inner child can transmute our past and all the parts of ourselves that we’ve deemed unworthy of love - allowing us to finally feel whole, loved, witnessed, validated, energized and complete.
Are you feeling unseen? Are there parts of you that feel depleted? That need love so badly? Is there pain that you’re carrying?
That stuff is SO HEAVY. And we’ve been carrying it our whole life.
In this video, I go through 7 steps to heal our inner child and childhood trauma. Our inner child is one or more younger version of ourselves that we carry with us. Usually this version of ourselves is hidden away, traumatized, shamed, and pushed down.
