I have lived and studied in Almaty, Kazakhstan for 7 years. One of the best times of my life i think. The place is amazing, you will fall in love. Of course initial years are very difficult, especially while learning Russian language, but as time goes by, you start loving everything around you. I am proud to have lived there and studied medicine in KazNMU. Ya Lublu Almaty 💜

Hello and thank you for the info! I'm thinking of studying a master program in kz but I have 0 knowledge of Kazakh or Russian language... Is it possible to do it like this? Also if you get a student visa are you able to also work part time? Other question is if it's possible to stay to work in the country after studies? Pass from study to work visa I mean. Your voice audio quality isn't great, a bit of echo. Did you empty your studio ? ^^ Well I'm interested in new studies, so I'll see what you present to us today and check the university. I just check the 4 universities' websites and it's a pain to navigate. Few links I checked were dead for Nazarbayev and KNMU (medical). KBTU and Suleyman DU fees are more expensive but looks more international steps friendly. KIMEP website seems the best of all even if it still needs work. I'll check again tomorrow.

Nazarbaev University is definitely best university in Kazakhstan. Because named after 1st president and a lot of money are investing into it. Great manufacturers, great laborotories etc. But this university not free for 100%. But U can win scholarship or u can study by paid-based option.

When I look into the 4 universities proposed here, Nazarbaev was the cheapest. Orelse there are some fees I didn't see. Their website has many many dead links.. it's crazy

Heard many negative feedbacks from students in Kazakhstan that in first 2 years of the degree you are required to study subjects completely not related to your degree.

I am kazakh but Sadly yes, it is true. For Example, I have been studying at University in Almaty for my 1st year. And we learn unnecessary lessons for my degree :( We are just ruining our time

For study ok, but for daily life you will need Russian. However, there are Russian, Kazakh courses for foreigners(some universities provide it).
