    I'm not sure escalating is the best solution. It can imply that you couldn't resolve the issue on your own and are passing it on to someone else. Unless you provide a strong justification for escalating, it can be perceived wrongly by your higher-ups.

    Agree with Anara about this answer. I am also concerned about the measure of customer satisfaction. The answer is long-winded and not directly to the question. Also, the solution is not strong; why enhance the product details page to improve the retention rate?
