Anyone else would release this as a standalone pedal… I heard this in person and it was really impressive. Even more so with headphones… I have a feeling there will be some interesting guitar intros using these effects in 2024. Great job, HW, Sooze, and Addison!

Kemper is only “modeling” unit I have and I can’t see myself ditching it. The company continues to offer free updates. All the other companies continue to offer new units altogether each costing another 1-2k. Lol. Financially satisfied with my 10 year old Kemper purchase.

Not only glad I got my Kemper in 2017, but I'm thinking of getting a KPA Player for gigs and leaving the rack at the studio. It's just a wonderful piece of gear, and I love that they are still updating the firmware all this time over the same units. It's just awesome

Thanks for this video! 😉 The Michael Britt profile used (time 1:31) seems to be "/13 LDW39 2.2-" (Divided by 13 - LDW39) located in official Rig Manager "Kemper Rig Packs". 🤷‍♂

There's something addictive about the Kemper distortion. When you put a Univibe or these Tremelo FX in front of Kemper distortion it gets that creamy fuzzy tone going on, it's unique to Kemper, hard to explain but it's gorgeous! 😍

Kemper is the only company in the field I'm aware of that continues updating their unit to make it new instead of selling version II, III, V, etc. I have owned Line 6, Fractal, HeadRush and others. They all have some great qualities, but Kemper continues to win me over adding value to what I own, instead of trying to sell me a new version. That means a lot to me. If another company makes you happy, enjoy it. It's about music...

Not only do these sound amazing but you can see the instant controllability not only from the physical controls on the front but also potentially from the morph pedal that can change several parameters simultaneously. Love the Kemper. Great demo.

Since 2011 I own a KPA - every year it feels like a new Amp an tons of new Stomp Boxes - for free! My greatest musical investment (beside a Fender Deluxe Stratocaster) ever!

Does anyone have any idea when these new effects will actually get to the Kemper? They're not implimmented in the Beta of OS 11 yet and it's been almost 6 months. I'm sure that i'm not the only person that has been itching for a slicer trem on the kemper.

This sounds awesome. Still waiting for my Kemper Player to arrive so May is fine with me. 🙂

I listened to it twice and it Really Awesome with more spread Speakers. Absolutely wonderful Engineering. It oughta really shook up Helix and FRACTAL. Now they can get to Work.

Not sure…. I didn’t think the trems had a specific note value…. But it’d be a great video idea, ‘Trem Tricks Tutorial’ The idea I had was that id set a tempo and the trem would do say 2 stutters at 1/8th note value and then 4 stutters at 16th note and then repeat… I know the line 6 stuff has a trem like that, but I wanted to keep as much on the profiler stage as possible

@@StrikeEagle14 oh yes- gotcha. I have played the L6 pattern tremolo... don't think that would be possible here. But you could get the two trem blocks set differently playing with each other in a cool way. That's a good idea for a video!

In Italy and near countries you can buy a used kemper for 850 / 900 euro so it is really a great deal

Remember in January of 2024 when CK said these effects would be out in “a few weeks”? And then remember when it was August of 2024 and said effects still hadn’t come out? Yeah, me too.

I have the new Profiler Pedal. Will this effect update apply to it? Can new effects be downloaded onto it? Can't find much info.

I’m a die hard kemper user, but one feature I wish they would employee is to give independent morphing features to the stomp buttons of the effects pedal slots. It would be nice to be able to have the option to use the button as a toggle between two settings instead of on and off for effects we use all the time. Then you could have independent morphing controls on the bank switches to toggle between gain stages on your personal favorite amps independently.

Hi HW and Sooze and thanks for the very good profiles (have them all) and YT-show...I have one question...Is there a difference in tone/latency/other if you play the rig from the local library (Rig Manager) vs. you download the profile into the profiler and play it there?

I'm not HW or Sooze but to answer your question: There is no such difference because when you "play a rig from the local library" it's loaded into the Kemper as well. 🙂

It’s super cool that the Kemper is still so well supported but please, give us stuff we can actually use like better compressors. Warbling stuff is nice for five minutes but it’s uses are super limited in the real world. And that’s if you actually have an empty block to put it in.

These effects are so good. Already have a QC, and a TMP. Please God, don't let me buy a Kemper as well...

All the new effects sound fantastic. Dude says weeks not months. It's now been months not weeks. All OS and rig manager software updated. Still no new effects listed. Am I doing something wrong?

I think they've been working on making the firmware for all units the same including the Player model, which is now done on Beta 11.0. I guess they've done that so an update can work on all the units. So hopefully soon.
