Mammoth Factory I've only been covering for a few videos, and I don't have any specific recommendations for similar campaigns just now. Edge Miniature, The Cursed Dimension are lately working on Drukhari proxies. I can't think of anyone focused solely on the elves, but other great proxy campaigns include The Hive, making Tau Proxies (also one of my patrons, and making really great vehicles), Crucible of Games was working on Tau proxies, now working on more of a Guard army I think. Atlan Forge makes great space marine legions. Valkyrie's Playground is focusing on Chaos Marines. There are a lot more that I will probably remember while I'm at work later.

In the ~500 subs range (lots of creators fluctuate from month to month, depending on the theme they put out for a particular month), of the creators I support, I'd put forward these three: Vae Victis Miniatures - a good bundle of minis and some scenery centered around a common theme, great sculpts and several of their minis are created as modular/semi-modular too. Monstrous Encounters - if you're looking for OOP old school GW/Warhammer-style models, HeroQuest models in various poses, D&D Cartoon models and even dungeon tiles, this is the place to be. Dark Realms - Pinyo provides you with more buildings than you can shake a stick at every month. From to a huge Dracula/favourite fantasy vampire castle, Norse inspired cities, underground dark elven buildings, jungle ruins and regular "fantasy" buildings to steampunkish "Laandan" and Eberron-esque lightning rails trains.

  • @Squeaks-ii

I vote for Dragon Workshop - only 166 patrons but the sculpts OMG! He makes ships and terrains - Right now he is going through each D&D module and building terrain for it. Check out his Curse of Straud projects and his ships!

Multi-part minis are so important when it comes to tabletop wargames and quite rare to find them. It's incredibly frustrating when you come across a talented designer, offering cool looking sculpts that are clearly intended for army-scale games, but they only give you 5 mono-pose designs for a given infantry unit which could be fielded in groups of 40 or more and you've got all these repeat models.

My STL creator of choice is Sable Badger. Rather than sculpting minis, he makes things we need for multiple games. Measuring templates, bases, scatter terrain, dungeon tiles, fleets of ships for A Billion Suns, buildings for Stargrave or Five Parsecs, three color printable FDM tokens, game dashboards, Gaslands terrain, movement templates, and weapons. He consistently puts out quality gaming accessories and takes requests and suggestions from backers.

You want Warblade miniatures, I'd recommend you jump on that Patron real fast because they are likely to get a cease-and-desist order as those are obviously infringing on IP. I don't know about the current owner of the IP but I can tell you that the previous owner was really adamant on not getting third parties selling products with their IP. I would reckon the current owner is just as adamant. They seem really good. And I LOVE modular figures.

Shout out to some of my favorite creators! Labyrinth Models, Menagerie Miniature (this one is very NSFW and on break until April), Lost Heresy (Lots of Star Trek look-alikes), and Combat Octopus (Modern military)

I’ve been enjoying My3DPrintForge. They create Warcraft stylized characters and just released a Zandalari set this month. I love WoW-style trolls and theirs is the first that looks nice to me.

I'm trying to find minis that are more dark/grim and somewhat realistic feel....skulls/blood/gore. Not cartoony or or comic or fantasy style... Any suggestions?

I don't necessarily have a favorite small time modeler but I do watch Tabletop Karnage's youtube channel for monthly updates on Patreon and Kickstater projects. I like your random process for reviewing modelers on your youtube channel.

Just a weeee criticism, from my experience I wouldn't call Rocket Pigs a hidden gem. They seem to be one of the more popular Merchant Level file makers out there, with many stores on Etsy selling printed models from them, and their main MMF page has over 4+ million views and +62k likes! i think it might be a little confusing in that they have alt accounts for specific themes or models

Anybody have good tips what to back, if I'm looking for miscellaneous monsters, beasts, creatures I can use in my D&D campaign? I've been backing various patreons for over a year or two now, and feel I'm pretty stocked up on humanoid type miniatures. Got all the elves, orcs, thieves, fighters, etc. I need. What I'm lacking is bad ass monsters and creatures that my level 11+ adventurers can encounter. I don't need the basic wolves and bears and such - looking for bigger badder things. Homebrew is fine, anything cool that can be dropped in as an exciting surprise for my players would be excellent.
