This is a 7 minute abs workout with no leg movements to get visible abs. This upper and lower ab burn workout will help you lose belly fat and tone your upper & lower abs. You can do this 7 minute ab workout challenge at home with a dumbbell or little weight or without equipment. Combine this workout with one of my fat burn workouts or other abs workouts and good nutrition for even better results. Visible abs do appear when you have low body fat, so abs workout make your abs appear more and make them grow but your diet has to be as good as your workout discipline.

Thank you so much for this video! i have my right leg injured and I’m not even supposed to walk and I was going crazy laying on my couch all day but this video makes me work on my abs without actually moving and hurting my leg and that’s perfect! Thank you

Note to self: 0:34-7:34 Leg only bicycles (Instead of heel reaches) Bicycle runs (Instead of heel reaches) OR Flutter kicks (Instead of heel reaches) Scissors (Instead of heel reaches) X2 + 1 min leg raises
