I have told my sister to make her kids learn martial arts, so she sent them to learn martial arts. When kids learn martial arts they learn discipline and atleast at that mean time they will be out of comfort zone. Also, it helps them connect and help during their spiritual journey much later in life. I am baffled how this guy has shared similar things.

If a person had painful experience during childhood like seeing parents fighting ,not having parental emotional support etc ,then accepting rejection becomes really hard .How we attach to someone emotionally ,that map of attachment pattern gets developed during childhood ,so behavior of our first care givers matter a lot . Take best care of yourself during your worst times ,you will have that ability if you take good care of yourself during your good times. I hope you solve what ever you are dealing with ,good luck.

That was epic ❤ I have been here all the time throughout your growth as a KZreadr. I was a subscriber even before you reached the 1k mark, I don't know if it's my fate or is it an irony but I've been here for the past 8 years I've seen your growth and I always looked into you as a big brother and this one was a much needed episode for this stage of my life, Am 26 now and rethinking and relearning a lot of aspects of my life, trying hard to find a profession for my growth (because everything inspires me a lot and it's almost become hard for me to settle into just one profession) I've been interacting with a lot more people lately from different professions, backgrounds, mentality and gender ( cause I crave for more soulful conversation now) and one thing I find out was people are getting lost because of the societal expectations they are getting. and at this age I'm finding a lot more people who get into a mindset where they only care for making money (not because they want to but they have to) FOMO acting up. And this reminded me of sylvia plath who famously quoted "What horrifies me most is the idea of being useless: well-educated, brilliantly promising, and fading out into an indifferent middle age" ~SYLVIA PLATH~ And I'm somewhat convinced that, that is what is happening with the majority of the young minds of our society now. If I have to reflect on all my thoughts I feel like that this comment box won't be enough. So let me just wrap up by saying this, I appreciate the job you are doing, you've always been an inspiration for all of us. Salute to you Big brother. Ps: I hope you'll do a podcast to reflect on your views on finding, managing and dealing more than one area of interest and passion at the same time. Because there is no relevant content about that topic in the realm of the internet and I really feel that you'll be the right person to do that, because people are really listening now. Please shed some light on the troubled yet well educated minds. (From a lot of young people that I've talked to from different parts of india over the last one year or so this is what I understood) So I request you to please do that.

Do not go behind a girl. Do not give them chance to reject you. Do not be desperate for love. If you are going through hard time, speak with your parents, your siblings or your friends who understands your emotions. If you don't want to talk about any of them. Write down all your thoughts for 5 minutes and then go do your work. Distract yourselves from such thoughts as much as possible. Learn from your mistakes. Analyse what went wrong and why it went wrong. What should be your next action. You will eventually learn and grow

About pain, I've lost my parents in 2018 and felt the same as you say, feelings, senses, emotions, way. Everything was blurred but i got through that, some family members i still can blame and can yell at em, but i moved on, i learned the pain and used it as fuel to achieve my purpose.

Bro! I’m 28 and a female who can relate to this raw episode. It’s completely how I’d describe myself. What pain have I left to endure? From martial arts to weightlifting, to a difficult childhood, exactly as yours, to hitting rock bottom from the topper I am-I know. My breakup tore me apart and I questioned life’s purpose. My mom once said, “I don’t care if you’re gonna inherit a bounty or, if you’re blue-blooded, you have to make a life of your own. If you’re a genetic desert dwelling warrior then, emerge as the warrior princess I’d like to see.” Crying in public is cowardly to me. I sit before the pics of Mahavatar and Yoganandaji and share the pain with them. Not papa ki pari but, ma ki princess. Yeah, I swear, too with friends or, when alone. Due to my gender, I’ve had to bash bad ones for which I care a f*** about coz society blames her always!

The one thing that is required for all this is ISOLATION be by yourself talk to yourself and go on doing the right thing. What is the right thing in the situations and then what is the right thing to do for yourself. Look forward to the life that is coming. Know my weaknesses and I will work on them with all my might ❤. Two things I could relate with "Intermittent fasting" I have done this for close to a year and believe me like Ranvir said this is the best thing one can do for there fitness. Second and very important "keep the right amount of EVIL in you" without compromising on your values and integrity, but to protect yourself from the WICKED. I so appreciate you being so sorted in life at this age.
