7 Lakes Trek | Day 2 | Crossing 4 Passes & 2 Lakes in 1 day |
This video is from our second day of 7 lakes of Dhauladhar trek. On 1st day we started our trek from Bhagsu nag temple early in the morning and crossing Triund hill, Kunal pathari, Snowline cafe and Lahesh cave we finally reached at 550 meters below Indrahar pass and set up our camp near a water stream.
Now on second day we started our trek towards Indrahar pass and reached on top after 3 hours. From Indrahar pass we crossed a boulder field to reach Nag lake at lunch time. After lunch we further started our trek again towards Chandrakup lake crossing 3 more high altitude passes one of them was Bheem Ghasutari Pass while other two were unnamed. You have to watch video to know the names we have given to these passes.
All these passes and the area we crossed on day 2 is very tough and there is no marked trail so I’ve updated all the passes on google maps so you can have better idea when planning your route on maps.
After all this we have reached Chandrakup lake by 6:00 in the evening and decided to pitch tent here.
Though I’ve tried to give you all the necessary information in the video but still if I’ve missed something or you guys have any query about the route or trek, feel free to ask in comments I’ll surely reply 🙏🤗

Actually bhai g video 2-3 alag alag devices par record ki hai phone, action camera aur DSLR camera aur mic ek par hi lgaya tha thats why sound kam jyada ho raha hai. Battery ki bhi dikkat rehti hai bhai lambe trek pe abhi dheere dheere upgrade kar raha hi bhai equipment. Hope sound me bhi 3 star la pau 🙏🤗

Is trek me Bheemgasutri aur Chandrakup Galu pass almost same hi height pe hain aur books me Chandrakup galu kisi ne btaya bhi ni hoga toh Bheemgasutri hi highest point hoga is raste me. But Dhauladhar ka sbse highest pass ni hai yeh isse bhi height pe hai bohot se passes

Best time to do this trek is September. Though you can also do it nowadays a lot of people also visit this area for Lamdal yatra starting from 19th August to 2nd September. Do watch planning and preparation video from this 7 lake series.

Himalayan bears 🐻 sambar & barking dear 🦌 leopard 🐆 and rarely snow leopard encounters. Jab tak black bear 🐻 nahi dikhe tab tak toh darr nahi lgta kyunki baki animal koi attack nhi krte woh apne raste jate hn hum apne raste

Yes such treks are not for a beginner to do own their own. Proper research planning and preparation is needed to complete this trek and for that I’ve uploaded at proper video in this series.
