@@mollys7319 It’s kinda reasonable if you think about it. I doubt most people who haven’t seen this know this video exists, and not many are gonna go scrolling back 2 years to find it. Reposts so people can easily see things again because there are so many videos makes sense (plus more animators/artists get a chance) but I understand why you would be bothered by that or think it’s lazy and such.

@@gektoast4968 yeah that’s true and I completely agree, but I still kiiiinda feel like reposting old videos is a bit lazy. Yes not everyone may not have seen the old video, so putting it out there again is a way to get it viewed more, however I feel like they could of expanded on it and have a bit more information about the Myers Briggs test. I just feel like they could of gone into a bit more detail and explained it more. Especially because the Myers Briggs test is not actually a proven scientific thing, it’s normally just used as a fun/silly type thing. They made no disclaimer explaining it’s not proven, or anything. I also wished they would of talked a bit about the controversy about that test, because it is vague and it types people by letters rather than using the cognitive functions. They could of just gone into a bit more detail about it all, instead of posting the same video again, it just feels like they didn’t bother

INFJ's like fancy things not to show off or anything like that. We INFJs get those things for ourselves because we actually appreciate the finer details and craftsmanship of the fancier stuff in life. Also, INFJs in general like to work and earn their things, so it feels super satisfying when we get that fancy thing we've been genuinely admiring and enjoy it.

Both exes took 100% of the fault (both screwed up royally) yet I realize now how hard I was to be intimate with. They both told me years later that they still loved me. Crazy AF, huh??

I think the hardest part of being a rare personality type, is that you understand everyone else, but nobody understands you. To me it doesn't matter what you label it. The infj is but a single label for a very complicated and beautiful person. When you have a personality like that, you already know you don't fit anywhere and people have no idea how to deal with your authentic self. As a child what felt like being an exile hurt. As an adult I understand that not many are comfortable being unable to hide, or lie about who they are. Being transparent and vulnerable is truly terrifying to a large portion of the population, who only survive because of the social masks they've learned to wear.

Yes, INFJs are very complicated. It's true when you understand everyone else, but nobody understands you. And when you try to find people who can satisfy your needs/standards, you end up with nobody, (or at least I do). I also don't have much ideas on how to deal with my authentic self, I literally feel like walking on contradictions as if I was pulled to the left and right directions constantly. Personally I don’t like being an INFJ because it’s easy to connect with people because you can understand them, and change ur actions to better connect with them. However this is pretty draining after a while. On the other hand it’s rare, very rare that you effortlessly connect with someone who understands you in that same way. So in the end you get to know a lot of people but not many people get to know you and it gets pretty lonely ngl.

"to work on communicating better what I think I possibly could be feeling"... this is so true, I sometimes also feel guilty for being honest then thinking about what I just said and guilt tripping myself that im being an a-hole or expecting too much. We just dont know our own emotions and id love if someone has figured out a way for us to understand ourselves better without paying for a therapist lol

INFJs are literal angels. Y'all are so compassionate and kind- I love you guys 🥺💕💕 -infp Edit: woah I wasn't expecting all this love xD I have three infj best friends (yeah I'm pretty darn lucky xD) and from what I've gathered, the thing they're worst at doing is taking care of themselves. Please remind urselves that ur loved, yall are amazing people who deserve the world. If you're going through something rough right now (as some of the comments hint), it's okay, things will get better even if it takes long. Please look after urselves and do open up to the people you trust without thinking you'd be a burden to them, cuz ur not 💗 I think I just made this comment way too long XD AND OMG GENSHIN FANS??? 👁👁 HELL YEAH!!!!

I'm an INFJ. I am really organized with my shelf, the books is arranged meticulously. In my wardrobe, it is arranged per color. Even when I do the laundry. I also love having planners. I create detailed colorful-written plans for the next few years. My things are few but has quality, and neatly arranged. However, after a few weeks it'll be all in a mess, I forget where I put things and I have to reorganize them. My plans are often unrealistic (at the end I have to plan it all over again) Sometimes I replan them too many times because I fail to accomplish them. Why?? Am I really an INFJ? No, that’s not true! It’s not everyone. It’s just those people who actually thought they might be an Advocate but needed one person to begin with outing him/herself as an INFJ so they find the courage too. As it was already pointed out, you might feel like an outsider being an INFJ. That’s why INFJ‘s gather on the same place, since they can finally speak out what they have been thinking for a long time and are not outsiders anymore.

I recently found the personality test and believe I am an INFJ-A. I am 20 years old and the most helpful kid in the family, or the "doormat" by other relatives and people, as well as the most misunderstood by everyone in the family because I am always experimenting with new " crazy" ideas and am the go-to person when in need. Six months ago, my family discovered that indeed I have a friend with whom I communicate. My siblings began to celebrate for me, but internally I know they were laughing at me. When I hang out with small groups of people, I appear to be an energetic extrovert until my therapy service ends and I become drained from it. Because my target group is an introvert like me, it becomes boring and awkward. So, I start a deep relevant topic that is turned into a debate in which I agree with everything they say but they disagree with my nuances as INFJ to further help them elaborate their points and I am misunderstood and wrongfully labeled ahhhh. The other people believe they have won the argument, but I am thinking internally that I should have let them suffer in awkwardness and boredom because I have lot of fun stuff going on my mind. I think it is critical to get idea who you are so that you can suffer less and stop believing there is something wrong with you. By the way, Quilbot is what I use to paraphrase my words so that I can be understood lol. I'll end here, thank you for reading, and I hope you find some comfort, my fellow INFJs.

Pls everyone who did the mbti test read this!! If you did the 16personalities test there's a 60-70% chance that you are mistyped. That test doesn't have cognitive functions which means that the website is not really mbti(and the plus -T or -A is not a part of mbti). You should do the keys2cognition test. That is the most accurate test I think. (Coming from an ISTJ getting mistyped a lot as ISFJ or INTJ even got INFJ once) And INxxs are the most likely to be a mistype but almost everyone gets mistyped at least once with the 16personalities test. (Btw the key2cognition test it not long 42 short questions but if you are not perfect at english it might be hard to understand what is it asking. I used google to understand and it still wasn't clear what is it so yeah XD ) Btw thanks if you read this, I haven't watched the video yet so idk if they talked about the test. I just saw almost everyone saying that they are INFJs and probably did the 16personalities test because it's the most popular. So yeah bye (Sorry if my grammar is bad :") and I'm not trying to say that no ones here is INFJ, just letting you know that the 16personalities test is inaccurate.)

As an INFJ it's sometimes tiring to always understand people when they don't. Even if I know that something is not my fault, I try to look at others' pov and feelings and thoughts, I liked this about myself but not always, I try to treat equally when for a group project or anything, listen to every opinion,...sometimes when I'm not on good terms I feel the need of someone who can understand me but there ain't anyone around me than me:) And I rarely share my thoughts or feelings with anyone coz I somehow know that they will never be able to look at things in the way I do. IT'S JUST ME AT THE END I FEEL COMFORTABLE When I see a lot of people have this personality type from different countries, races, religions😊...I'm happy to find myself in you even though we have never met with each other or might never be.

I get the impression this channel types by 16Personalities' letter dichotomy instead of using cognitive functions. The common cosensus on Holden Caulfield is that he is an INFP and only in the letter dichotomy the two types might look like each other, on the functions side they are actually completely different. Some of the things mentioned are in fact common in INFJ types, but others describe INFPs a lot better.

I wish they had explained this in the video but they didn’t. 😒 they keep everything so vague and over simplified. The Myers Briggs isn’t even a proven real thing anyway, and a lot of psychologists tend to not use it in their work. Exactly the video was so vague. But also don’t forget, personality types are not a proven real thing anyway. So many personality types share similar traits, so I highly doubt you can group a personality. We as humans all share similar traits and characteristics. Also the Myers Briggs test is actually kinda controversial, it types people by letters rather than using the cognitive functions. This video should of explained it better, also another thing to mention is they completely copied the audio from an old video. From this one- kzread.info/dash/bejne/lIKp2tOPpbmWYZs.html They have done this before too. They just tend to repost old videos and never explain things in great detail. I confided in a friend not too long ago about the fact that I didn't feel very well in my class even though I was laughing a lot and getting along with everyone. I told her that for me to feel close to someone who is my friend was to have shared something much deeper, what I hadn't done with my classmates and which finally hurt me when I came home at night. My friend didn't understand me and I felt even worse...

I took the MBTI test and got INFJ. I'm not the type to organize things, honestly I procrastinate when I feel like it. Also I don't know if it's just me because even though I haven't exeprienced anything related to other's problems, it feels like I understand what it feels like to be in their situation and it helps me in comforting them given that I understand the situation they're in. That's why my friends always asks me for an advice when it comes to their relationships (although I haven't been on any since I was born, funny right?). Btw Happy New Year guys have a blessed year, stay positive and never give up, we survived 2020, I'm pretty sure we will survive this one as well.

@@ladyfoxwf1075 INFJ could be organized and messy at the same time. But there must be a reason why we procrastinate to organize. I'd love to organize and do my homework, but I'm a new mom, and I have to do all of that, and babysitting tho. So I'm exhausted everyday, even I often forget to having meal. My home is messy, but I can't stand about dirty room. Another reason, we have no time to do it. Or we often distracted by many things, ex: social media, even this video, about INFJ in KZread. We could just watch about MBTI all day, especially for our type. I took MBTI test 6 times, and 3 times I got INFJ, and 3 times I got INFP. My husband is INFP, and we're so much different, even though we have similarity in a few aspect. He's so messy, the worst of worst messy. He randomly did homework in the middle night if his mood was good. I can't stand his randomly honestly. That's why I do all of the homework. And I believe that I'm INFJ 100% through this situation (it's one of difference). (I'm sorry for my bad English).

I am a Clinical Psychologist with 30 years of experience dealing with people. I was branded a INFJ quite sometime ago. I never really accepted that evaluation because placing 'labels' on people puts them into a box. It limits their potentiality and personal growth. At worse, it can destroy a individual's self determination and freedom. I have never encountered a 'classical' INFJ before. Why? Because certain characteristics of this personality type have many subgroups some of which overlap other MBTI personality types. That being said I will describe the characteristics of how a 'orthodox' INFJ thinks, behaves and responds in strict accordance with the MBTI Personalty Test. Be forewarned, I find some INFJ 'stereotypes' rather funny. And will approach such in a humorous fashion. INFJ's posess a wonderfully unique sense irony and will immediately recognize the silly 'stereotypes' others have attrubuted to them.....So lts break some myths about INFJ Personalty Types. When a INFJ gives you the dreaded 'Death Stair' they are not sttempting to understand you. They are wondering if you're carrying a gun. Killing INFJ's is a pleasurable experience. Why? Because everyone hates a smart ass. INFJ's frequently experience 'Sensory Overload' issues. They love Forests, Parks and Woodland areas to recharge their batteries. Why? Because trees don't talk! A squirrel cannot complain it has 'Daddy Issues'. Pine trees do not suffer from 'gender identity' problems. And I have never seen a bunny rabbit strung out Crack Cocaine. Solitude is bliss. Never say to a INFJ, 'I do not understad', They will run away screaming or jump infront of a bus. No one understands them. INFJ's sometimes don't even understand themselves. Why do a INFJ 'Door Slam' people? Because it's called a Coping Mechanism. They dislike being emotionally hurt. There is nothing strangebecome acholics others pill poppers. INFJ's will just run away and per you never existed. It never works. INFJ's have the psychic ability to absorb people's emotions. No. This is phenomen is called 'Transference'. If you continuously talk about your problems, a INFJ will unconsciously adopt some aspects of your emotional state. However, INFJ's posess strong identities which prevents them from going completely insane. INFJ's are the most honest, compassionate and sensative people on Earth. Not really. Mother Nature just screwed them up genetically. They're brains are hard wired to respond during crisis situations. A 'diehard' INFJ will instinctively sacrifice their life attempting to save yours. No questions asked. Why? I have no freaking idea. I didn't invent the rules. Ask God. I'm sure She knows. INFJ's think differently than others. Yes. They think outside the box. They live outside the box. They have never actually seen the box. What does it look like? Does it contain groceries? INFJ types are occasionally arrogant, cold towards others and aloof. This is actually true. Being omnipotent has its drawbacks. INFJ's have a difficult time sugar-coating the truth. Being overtly honest is their trademark. However, if they sense someone cannot handle the truth, they lie to protect that person's feelings. INFJ's are stubborn yet will openly admit to errors in judgment and making mistakes. INFJ's think too deeply. They want to solve everyone's problems. They get frustrated when people ask for advice, then completely ignore their recommendations. They do not understand why everyone keeps making the same mistakes over and over again. Eventually, a INFJ will simply give up. The phrase 'People need to learn the hard way' was invented by a INFJ. So was the 'unfriendl' button on Facebook. INFJ's do not respect authority because they have developed their own Moral, Ethical, Spiritual and Cognative belief systems. Mature (older) INFJ's care very little about how people perceive them and less about the impressions they make upon others. INFJ's enjoy approval and acceptance (like everyone else) but infrequently compromise their princepals to simply fit in. Do not mistake a INJ's confidence as egocentrism. There is a difference. INFJ hate themselves. They feel alone within the world and misunderstood. Being a INFJ a curse. Consequently, a small minority INFJ's often experience psychological Depression, Alienation issues and Avoident Behavior problems. The phrase 'You are your own worst enemy' accurately describes a INFJ's perception of themselves. The most admirable personality traits of the INFJ are (1) INFJ's care more about other people than themselves which makes them a easy targets for emotional exploitation and abuse. Never play 'Guilt Games' with a INFJ. They already persecute themselves (subconsciously) for being different. They don't have the ability to forgive themselves for past mistakes, A INFJ's unforgiving 'Guilt Complex' is an integral part of their personality. INFJ's have occasionally been known to slowly kill themselves over time, believing they deserve such suffering. 'Hell on Earth' is their punishment and they willing accept it....sometimes. Not always. (2) Once you secure the trust of a INFJ, everything about them suddenly becomes clear. The stereotypes vanish. They are people you want within your life. They have incredible insight into human nature and will identify your weaknesses and lift you up from darkness. Seeing the world through a INFJ eyes is the greatest gift they can offer. It would be impossible to understand a MBTI typology without stating the negative traits of a specific personality group. The 'Dark Side' of a INFJ is rather frightening. Never test their 'Authenticity' or personal dignity. Do not play games with a INFJ. They have limitations like everyone else. A INFJ can determine your intentions or plans within minutes. Literally. This Hyperobservient behavior is quite unique. Avoid getting into heated arguments with a INFJ unless you are prepared to be intellectually, emotionally or psychologically castrated. They have cognitive resources almost beyond understanding. A vindictive INFJ will never stop until they destroy your life (this has nothing to do with physical murder). Such behavior is almost Psychopathic in nature (hence the concern INFJ's may be catorgized as possessing a Psychological disorder rather than a Personality dysfunction). INFJ's are not prone violent behavior. The good news is they give up easily, This is where the Door Slam or simply walking away from a argument comes from. If a INFJ loves you, be prepared for lengthy romantic rituals. Box's of candy, flowers, poems, lovely e-cards, teddy bears and such. But be careful. A INFJ understands how to manipulate situations to their advantage. Including the human heart. Once they reveal their true inner nature however, you will begin to understand why only 2% of the world's population are INFJ's. They are just so dam charming. INFJ's dislike small talk, idle conversations, superficial people and hypocrites. Life is too short talking to such individuals (but they understand its occasionally necessary to be socially accepted) INFJ's are not spontaneous. They just pretend to be spontaneous. Their minds are always attempting to 'connect the dots' even when there are no dots. Avoid getting into deep conversations with a INFJ. They are walking encyclopedias. They will jump from topic to topic then back again to support a idea or theory. Male INFJ's are 'scattered brained' in the worst way possible. But there is method to such madness. The are searching for the correct answer to a specific problem. And 95% of the time they will discover it... or have a complete nervous breakdown trying. Occasionally, you will notice them acting rather mysterious, doing unusual things or just behaving weird. Get used to this behavior. It has absolutely nothing to do with you. The INFJ is just going through a 'stage' or experimenting with something that interests them. Like building a Thermonuclear Bomb or discovering a cure for Herpes. Never tell a INFJ they possess a 'Old Soul'. They are terrified of being reincarnated again. INFJ's are aware that neither Heaven or Hell wants them. Why? Because God doesn't want the extra competition or deciding who should run the Universe (Him or a INFJ) and Satan can't deal with a INFJ pestering him for all eternity. That would be considered cruel and unusual punishment. Aliens will never abduct a INFJ. There are some things too bizarre even for Extraterrestrials. So next time you accidentally encounter a INFJ, break all COVID 'Social Distancing' issues and hug them. They are a endangered species. Literally. Whatever purpose they were created for has already been accomplished. I like to think they represent the noblest form of humanity. A personality type which everyone aspires to immulate....Intelligent, Wise, Caring, Altruistic and Protective.
