    4:55) Okay, if you overstay because you fell in love you need to consider the following: although you are legally in the country you legally do not RESIDE in the Dominican Republic but are considered “IN TRANSIT”. If your love is a Dominican citizen and you have a child, the child is entitled to Dominican citizenship and if you marry you as well. However, if your love is a foreigner who is also “IN TRANSIT” then the child is not entitled to Dominican citizenship but that of his/her parents. My point is, if you’re getting serious in the Dominican Republic if your love interest is not a legal resident just apply to become a resident. It will make things easier for everyone.

    That sand and water makes me wanna book the flight right now Sly! I’m torn between Cartagena 🇨🇴, Punta Cana 🇩🇴 and Puerto Vallarta 🇲🇽. Gotta decide ASAP but this covid situation makes it hard to know who’s gonna have curfews and closings.

    Cartagena is the best option. You will have more fun there. But if you really want to go to the DR, I recommend Puerto Plata. Nothing going on in Punta Cana.

    @@christopheramador9886 honestly that’s my first choice. I would fly there in about 6 weeks, I only hesitate bc I have to find out if they require testing and what they’re gonna do about the vaccines. Thanks for the suggestion man 💯

    If you don't need the club then visiting is just fine. Beaches, food, sunshine, beautiful women, etc.

    Good video as always, Brother Sly! To you and others I'm considering going here or Colombia for my birthday late January. I've never been to either. Which one should I go to? I'm really going for the experience of being in a new country and of course to mingle with the women LOL. All answers will be appreciated!

    I just came back from the DR. There are night curfews so if you like the night life, clubbing and all I would not go there now. Weekend curfew starts at 7pm.

    @@the_active_endomorph124 Hotels/AirBnBs were very affordable. North Coast Cabarete beaches were pretty empty/ more relaxing. Not too many tourists. I stayed in Santo Domingo for the most part because there's more to do but the beaches there (Boca Chica) were still packed.

    @@DCampusano1 lo he estado siguiendo y, veo que po e mucho empeño en hacerle daño al país pero, gracias Dios nuestras autoridades saben que muchos se escudan bajo el d8fra afroamericano y, al final son de una nacionalidad que nos odia, pero también las mayorías de ellos se mantienen o viven de la economía de mi país, ahora, nos odian tantos que no piensan que si mi pais se jode ellos también, que Dios lo bendigas, gracias al altísimo nuestros turismo sigue creciendo aún en tiempo de pandemia.
