    Gluten may cause irritable bowel and dairy may cause irritable bladder. Parsley is great help for kidneys along with milk thistle and drinking more good water. Lemon squeezed in water helps with electrolytes.

    Before a meal...Orthbiotic project and HCl and enzymes with meals. Gluten may hurt the gut lining...stomach/intestines. HCl and intrinsic factor to carry vitamin B 12 into the intestines may get hurt. Gluten may make antibodies to the thyroid causing constipation. Taurine may help make bile. Hair test shows good minerals/heavy metals. Good minerals maybe low and heavy metals high due to the liver not working well due to gluten. Sweating helps detox fast...is awesome help. Milk thistle helps regenerate the liver. Lecithin defats the liver. Many women may not want to sweat, but that is the most awesome help.

    I drink a gallon of water per day. Its not a goal at all. My body lets me know when to drink and i drink. That the average. I only drink water though, no other beverages so i suppose that would seem like alot of water for some who drink multiple types of beverages ❤

    Do you understand grounding/earthing? Does it block supplements as you absorb electrons? Would grounding help heal the gut lining/thyroid/liver etc.?

    STOP THE LIGHTS! Where are we to get SUNSHINE, CLEAN WATER, CLEAN AIR, NON-GMO FRUIT & VEGGIES! It's easy to make videos! But YOU fail to understand the conditions people are living in! Surviving on pensions, the effects of the JAB, bank closures etc!
