I do juicing but not everyday . I’m using fresh celery , apple red , cucumber , & carrots sometimes beets using jack la lanes juicer . I drink it all the way down in one setting 😂 And I drink lemon 🍋 water everyday w/o any sweetener or honey .

I understand because they always want to stick to conventional medicine - pills palagi ang sagot nila sa sakit. I'm glad to see and watch you promoting health on a different path. I'm sure sooner magbabago na din ng stand ang medical people in curing sickness. There should be a better way. I started juicing and coffee enema 3 years ago. Ang daming nabago at nareverse ang dating mga sakit ko.😁😀

Wow 🤩 My Newzealander friend keep on pursuading me to do one month juicing and enema. I’m suffering from overweight, constipation and inner hemorrhoid. I tried it once but I felt tired and hungry ( at least in my mind) and it was difficult to keep up on the bicycle speed of my toddler. I needed this kind of motivation.
