Here are a couple of things I do which helped me achieve skin without acne and glowing all day. - Use a gentle face wash that removes excess oil and cleans your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH as well. - Eat a healthy diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Avoid touching your face often coz our hands are generally full of germs that can cause acne when they touch the face. - Weekly, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Apply riceberry vitamin c face serum daily as it has antioxidants and it helped me reduce blemishes and I got radiant skin. - Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleansing, steam, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other things you use coz they can harbor germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

After watching this video and reading the comments I'm really excited to follow... & I want to share my experience with you guys! Day 1- (after applying face mask) felt refreshing & clean. Day 2- (after applying hydro boost gel) feels the skin smooth and also noticed that the marks of pimples got lightened. Day 3- just a minor difference... Skin felt a little softer and cleaned. This is my 5th day. I am not sure about glow (assumption: skin will become bright & fairer), but my skin has become much clearer and the texture has definitely improved (lets say by 15% if someone wants to understand by quantification). I leave it for about 1.5 - 2 hrs. I am however using the basen, glycerine, rice water, haldi mixture everyday, and using a moisturizer by mixing it with glycerine after I take a shower. I leave the moisturizer for the rest of the day. Then before going to bed I wash off my face and again apply an emulsion w/o glycerine to keep it light.

Glycerine is little sticky. How are you able to leave it on your face? And I think besan should not be applied daily as it is a exfoliator and your skin need atleast one day to recover.

Hey guys! Honest review here. I tried it everyday for 7 days whatever he said. It obviously did not completely took away my acne scars, dark circles and wrinkles, but my skin got a little brightening I believe it was due to besan and rice water. Also, I was using Bioderma sebium night peel in the night. It also helped lightened acne scars. I am not sure if i'll try the masks again now. Maybe just rice water.

Ya...its really work...wow..❤ But not in one week...I use it for 2 weeks...then its gives Good result 🎉

1 tsp besan 3 tsp rice water 1 tsp glycerin Pinch of turmeric ... Glycerin + aloe Vera gel

After trying so many remedies I never thought there'd be anything in the world which would work for me but here's an update after using it for 3 days*2 times( because my skin is super super dry) finally someone complimented me that my skin is glowing. This is first time I ever got this compliment in my 30 years. So he'll yeah this remedy works definitely for dry skin. P.s I add a little extra glycerine then whatever he mentioned in the video since my skin is very dry. Will update again after 1 month. Till then have faith and follow the process.

I'm a Kolkata boy (21 years). I came here after 1 month of continuous using. I used besan, ruce water, glycerine, turmeric in alternative days before bath. And used aloevera gel, glycerine mixture before going to bed at night in every other alternative days.. After 1 week, I couldn't see a huge difference. But , I noticed during sweating, my face didn't look too bad like earlier. After 2 weeks, I noticed, my dark circles around eyes were reduced , smokther skin. Then also, I continued to use it .. After 3 weeks of using it, I started looking a big difference than, 21 days ago.. my dark circles were gone completely. Some dark spots due to past acnes were also vanished, brighter skin, glowing skin I never had before. Now. After 1 month, rediness over nose also gone, smile lines reduced.. my eyes are looking very attractive... Also, with that remedies, I focused on my sleep and digestion, and used to take 4 L of water daily.

What we have to use ? Aloevera gel cream or aloevera plant?

gonna update you guys:-- day 1: felt refreshing and cool ✨ day 2: got to see the bright side of my face but those lil red acne were glowing too day 3: umm yeah the face got bright but those acne and tiny bumps 😢 day 4: i noticed that the tiny bumps on my forehead are getting less a positive result ✨!!

@@smitag8959 you can do a patch test first with glycerin if it is suitable for you then only use it if it doesn't then do a patch test with honey you will get to know if they suits you or on my skin glycerin doesn't suit at all . So i recommend you to do a patch test first

@@pakbtsami7___ As you wish you can test it directly or make a face pack given in the video and then do patch test. But in some skin types direct application of some ingredients doesn't suit but when they mix it with other ingredients it goes well with them. It is according to how your skin reacts. So i would recommend trying both . I hope it helps but be careful 💜
