I just saw Kris's photo on Flickr, 100 Strangers Project and then searched you tube to find your music. I'd like to sit in a club and listen to this during dinner. Good stuff, great sound.
Looking forward to see Trianna with this group...
That rocks! The drummer is so solid, really holds the thing together.
If you guys ever come to michigan...PLEASE let me know..I'll be there
Yes, we should be playing there more often now. We just started working with a new manager who will be booking in that area. Thanks for the interest.
awesome guys my kinda music
Reminds me of M.M.W. - very nice. Good smooth funk.
Very nice... smooth baby!
What a groove......very “Tower of Power” feeling.
This is a prime example of what is so brilliant about you tube. I just searched 'jazz funk' and came up with this, truly great stuff!!!
Really tight and roomy :)
Greetings from December 2021! Nice groove ya got going there! I'm here for the Hammond B3. Really enjoyable riff.

A good organ player includes the bass when he plays! This guy is a good player.
Man, you guys are smokin!

real nice!
One thing my friends do is use hollowbodys and similtaniously mic the amp and the guitar itself, very cool affect if you ballance it right, especially if you pan from one to the other
Really Nice!!!!!!!!....just awesome Keep doing good music XD
@djgino3544 thanks! that's a live recording. what you're hearing is what you're seeing. we only used 3 mics, one for each of us. we used a sennheiser MD421 drums. you can see it right above the kit. i can't remember what we used on the organ. nothing fancy. i think we put an sm57 on the guitar.
This version of 7 Come 11 will make chicks dig you. 60% of the time, every time!
@Andyjzr haha, I did the same thing after watching 'Stitched Up - Slight Return'
Awesome! So damn funky yet so damn cheesy. The Hammond has a real cheesy sound, but give it to the funk and it becomes seriously funky cheddar!!
Excellent, particularly the guitar work!!!!
supergood guys! come to the UK!
C'est un régal à écouter. C'est de la zic ça. Tout y est, même de la mélodie.
Really Nice!!!!!!!!....justo awesome Keep doing good music XD

Id give up going to college if I got a hold of his guitar
Although these guys obviously rock, enough can't be said about their super-bitchin laser show. Words won't do it justice.
Zajebiście - in anglish - awesome ;-)

Fan fucking tastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You guys are great!
you guys are awesome!
amazing sound !
Nice! Love the organ!
thank you very much!
man you guys can groove! i dig it!
Really enjoyed stumbling across this!! You guys are nasty and really know how to lay back and have a good time jammin! Much love from the east coast!
@LenMooney thanks! i just wear the gloves if my hands are cold. i used to suffer from tendonitis, but improved technique (especially eliminating tension) and regular exercise have eliminated that problem.
Yes sir.... good audio quality too!
Need a hammond player to do this ,,, i love this feeling
You guy rock but the tune isn't "7 Come 11" but is in actuality called “Brushin’ It” by Dr. Lonnie Smith on the CD “The Turbanator.
excelente grupo yeaaaaa
nice man!! ARTIS BROWN ORGANIST
@Jibbuns From the logo it looks like a zildjian k custom (I don't know the series) 22" ride
You guys are fuckin sick!
very nice
@jimdep1 It's a Fender Deluxe Reverb
Hi Gianni, Sounds great! I'm also a hammond player. Can I ask you about the gloves you're wearing? Are they for relief because of a hand injury? I would appreciate any info you can share. Groove On, Len Mooney (Roamin' Gabriels)
VERY COOL!!! Do you all play in the San Jose, CA area??
i found several vids of them on youtube. search again
The Hammond organ: it'll cure what ails ya.

I think you'll find he's actually playing that really groovy bass part with his left hand. Watch his left arm, especially during his solo.
I've always thought the electric organ was just oh so sexy.
Hey you guys are good. Was video recorded live & in real time or were you guys playing along to your prerecorded studio tracks. Were you guys using condenser mikes please tell me most bands don't sound this clean, Great dynamics you could actually feel the funk. I'm from Fresno Ca. Check out The Groovetown Boys on website & on youtube Keep Funkin
@joepilotjazz jealous of the hobogloves are we?
@FoxTot this is youtube
@mooghammondb3 I totally agree with you. Modern society leaves all real musicians behind while we have to listen to the bs onthe radio everyday.
Sweeeeeeeet
Good old jam.... right
tasty.
These guys rock-nice tune...my favorite musician is the bassist though :0)
HAHA nice call XD i was actually gonna post that till i saw your comment XD his identical :)
This is Dapper Dan by Dr Lonnie Smith: the grand master
"ΑRT HURTS" nice sticker on the hammond
@theomegleyouhate Ha i thought the same thing
To the keyboard player - what gloves do you use? Are they compression gloves and do you have a particular brand/type that you would recommend?
@Buckeyecat2002 fo shizzle
You guys sounded great. Check out my trio, TreNovo, thanks!
Aren't bass pedals usually on the bottom? I only see one pedal there.
