This was lovely to watch Marie-Anne! It has been such a cold spring in southern Ontario this year that I still have not fully transitioned my closet for warmer weather. I wore a spring outfit to work yesterday and was very cold! Your vlog has given me hope that I will soon be able to wear my spring and summer clothes in comfort. I am spending 3 weeks in France in September doing carryon only but I will be very confident about my wardrobe choices because of your vlogs. Thank you ❤

I have always loved linen! I found a beautiful white linen top and oatmeal linen summer dress at my local thrift shop. So happy to know that linen is back in style! (Not that it was ever really out of style...so timeless!)

Brenda, I've gotten all of my linen shirts at Goodwill. Some linen pieces I bought at department stores but I love my treasures from the thrift stores. Saving money and the planet.

I have always been partial to avocado green and pistachio green……paired with whites😊

When I lived in a frumpy retirement village 5 years ago, I wore one of those white tank tops with a knee length skirt. The tank top was exactly like the one here on your video. It was mid summer with temperatures hovering between 48C & 49C plus with no air conditioner my tiny 3 room bedsit it was 60C inside. Management paid me a visit & told me to put a shirt on & stop walking around in my underwear!!!!

When I saw this elegant long avocado coloured linen skirt, I thought to myself... "couldn't a certain female politician have worn this skirt on her recent visit to Saudi Arabia instead of her light blue rather short dress?" Wearing that dress didn't go down well with the hosts, one could read several critical remarks about her dress code. The whole thing wouldn't have happened if this lady had been in contact with Marie Anne beforehand... :-)) Thanks for the nice video, there were some good ideas worthwhile to think about... I love linen, but was always concerned with wrinkles, but no more, now they will be Smile lines!!! ❤ As for the blue and white stripe shirts, I prefer the the pattern to continue on collar and cuff, but to each, his own!! I love your immense humour and fashion sense!! Merci!!

Beautiful pieces for summer, Marie-Anne. I hesitate to wear silk in the hot desert summers of Arizona. Although I do love the striped one that you present here. Linen and cotton are my best options. I love linen despite the wrinkles. Linen is such a breathable fabric.

I love the navy stripes and blue shades! I tend to go against trends as I do not want to look like everyone else but I will be wearing the blues and the navy stripes!

Great video! I practically live in linen---striped shirts, etc., during our hot, humid summers so am stocked...but those oatmeal linen pants are calling me. 😊 I am happy to know there are more linen selections now because it hasn't been easy to find for the last few years.

Everything looks so wearable and timeless. I noticed that personal steamer closets are becoming more popular. Wonder how effective the new collapsible hanging garment steamers are on linen wrinkles.

Despite that I'm not part of your targeted age range at the moment, I still find your tips extremely useful. For the past few days, I had been revamping my entire wardrobe ever since you've woke me up for being frumpy (since pandemic) in one of your vid. But right now I'm kind of stuck in the shoes department. You see, I used to wear stilettos to work before pandemic hits and now I wanted to change my style to be elegant like you. I had watched one of your vid about shoes but the problem is that I have rather large (EU 39) and slightly wide feet. I find it impossible to wear covered shoes without feeling extremely uncomfortable. Please do a shoes vid for ladies with wide feet. Thanks in advance! 😘

I have several tank tops from Hanes (back when their quality was excellent)! After about 50 years, I can still wear them well (and swell).

Love colors and suggested pieces. Blue Ice color is gorgeous but I absolutely hate linen. I know designers are pushing it but not for this girl. Organic cotton tees are nice but for me, I will stick with Pima cotton or cotton modal. Great video.

I have an almost identical flax colored blazer from H&M, a sister company to & Other Stories. If you are petite, it would work better for you. They title it "fitted blazer."

I ended up returning the Mango tank top because it showed the straps on my racer back bra. I ended up getting one from uniqlo. The top also has a knitted feel, so not see through either.

I purchased the Steve Madden sandles a couple weeks ago, the leather was too stiff for my comfort. I purchased the brand Ayalla not leather, but super comfortable!

Steve Madden shoes are notoriously uncomfortable! I have refused to buy that brand for at least 10 years now. I see not much has changed.
