    I tried a cat pattern with my standard DK yarn & hook, & it turned out too big!!! So I did another in 4-ply with a smaller hook (& reading glasses), & the cat was at the correct size!!! The bigger one watches over me as an ornament to this day

    Do you know like what to buy to start getting started i have never crocheted before and i know you need polyfill and string thats all i know lol and what is that pencil/stick looking thing that you crochet with i dont know what its called :(

    Hello! Yes! You’ll need: a crochet hook, or hooks in different sizes, but mostly 4mm-6mm gets used a lot. Some yarn, some stuffing for plushies, a tapestry needle to sew holes closed, and some stitch markers ☺️
