@@Handbagholic Hi, yes. I love Polene #1 Nano trio color camel. It’s beautiful. I moved from London to Miami, so not quite as important to wear top designer! Although I haven’t ruled out my LV Pochette Métis reverse yet! Lol.

I agree! Thank you for this post. By chance, I walked in the Ateliers Auguste boutique in the Marais in Paris and purchased two bags ( Grande Madame and the mini Monceau). Excellent quality,fair prices and personal service without attitude.❤

I from *hotdups* bought a Birkin and I went into Louis Vuitton at South Coast Plaza with a friend who wanted to buy a card case and we received great customer service. They offered us water..LOL I would never buy authentic knowing that are just as good.

It’s time to really consider some these less known brands because the leathers used and the overs quality seems exceptional at a fraction of the cost. It’s pretty hard to overlook 24 K plated hardware compared to brass!👌🏼

@@Handbagholic I have used a few times since I bought it. OMG it's so comfortable worn on the shoulders and crossbody and it fits a lot. It got wet from the rain but the leather is so durable no damage at all. It's becoming my daily go to bag😍

And one last thing. I get sooooo irritated when YT’ers and others say things like “don’t by a Neverfull because its so basic and everyone has one and half of them are fake “. I call bullshit. Who cares if its fake or real.Bought Gucci Marmont bag on *hotdups* , I am honestly very satisfied with this company. Maybe the best I ever bought a bag from.

I bought the Lalage Beaumont Fontyn in midi size tan color last week and since I got it I am using it and ignoring my designer collection ( maybe it is the honey moon phase ) but really I am impressed by the quality and time will till how they will wear . I wish they make this exact bag in various pink colors ( i.e Sakura pink ) .Actually few options are available

I went to Ateliers Augusta when I visited Paris over the summer. I bought the monceau. My only regret is not buying more, especially since they are frequently sold out online. I really do hope to get my hands on a mini Marley one day.

Hello, am new to your channel and am already following 😊 I have a question that might be a good to talk about on your channel Basically I find that high quality bags with the real good leather in any kind of leather bag -heavy- I would find one that I like the style and structure but once I put it on my shoulder or wrist I can tell the heaviness is already a problem with that being said without even a single item that I have in it , it just feels to heavy already To note am 4’9” and 118 lbs And I carry a ton of stuffed in bags What is yall opinion on this? 😅

What do you think of Furla? Do you have bags from this brand?

I know a few people that prefer their Furla bags over the LV bags. Really beautiful sturdy bag. I don't prefer them over LV, but I can recognize the quality.

The handle of the LV Capucine is considered as an exotic leather. Therefore the price is on the higher side compared to LV canvas

In your opinion, is the box leather on the Ateliers Auguste more luxe or is the DeMelier better?

Hmm good question, I would say the Ateliers is a slightly nicer leather but it doesn't have a really thick finish on it (which I like) but it does mean it'll scratch a little easier then DeMellier leather (which has a thicker chrome tan)

Demellier started off as Milli Millu & I preferred the designs back then. The bags were designed for functionality for working women

How is the leather on the Mini Marly please? Does it scratch easily? Thank you!

The leather is beautiful. Since it’s a box calf finish (they have other finishes) it does show scratches. I mean so far mine is fine but it will show more than a grained leather, for example but that’s just one of the characteristics of the leather. You can buff light scratches out sometimes

How are these bags “ethically” made in London? As opposed to what?

Does Mulberry really use 24k gold?? I know Auguste Atillier does gold plating buti didn't think mulberry did. Was just genuinely curious. I went to their website and couldn't find the info. Does anyone know how to verify this? Thank you!

Would love to see a video of stylish bags that are not made of animal products - I only know of Stella McCartney but don't love her designs. I'm hoping there are others out there that are affordable. More designers needs to step up and make non leather fashionable for the good of the planet and our future.

More brands are looking into this but a lot of leather is waste material from the food industry, where ‘fake’ leather is often not so environmentally friendly, alot of it is plastic based.

Demellier does use apple leather I believe on some of their styles :) much better than the plastic nonsense brands push as vegan.

Sadly polenes quality is going down

99% of leathers are ethically sourced from the food industry.

Can‘t hear Demellier anymore. The content is always the same and I much more appreciated your Videos before you discovered Demellier 😢

Its sickening that animals are skinned alive for their leather. No thanks, dont want this at the cost of extreme animal cruelty.
