Agree on the higher priced fast seller. Started thrifting at boutique once a month not always huge profit but easier to list, move faster, in demand item. Would love to sell 1 thing profit $60 over having list 4 and making $15 each.

You just got a new subscriber…me! I’ve been selling on eBay since 1999 and it always amazes me how much I learn from other sellers. You shared a lot of brands that I have never heard of. Onitsuka were my running shoe of choice when I ran cross country in the early 70's. I believe the modern Onitsuka's are a retro style made by Asic.

Speaking of Burberry with flaws- I found a NWT, but stained under an armpit (?🤔) Burberry men’s polo shirt. Priced it about $10-20 less than average was selling in that category. Sold within a couple of days.

I don't usually use promoted listings. I have had consistent sales without them but I am currently experimenting with them to see what works. I'll let you know when I figure it out!

Fees are included in this spreadsheet. Absolutely taxes and other costs should be taken into account for each person's business during bookkeeping. But, for this purpose of these videos I don't feel it's necessary to include those numbers

What would you do if you were given about 200 lb of talbots and lots of vintage clothing. But it's mostly petite sizes small??? Would you cull through it and be super picky, or would you list all of the good pieces?

Hmmmm....I would probably cull through it. I would be cautious of listing too many items that might drag my store STR down. I would focus on factor stacking to ensure sales.

So I just got a storage space that I just started to rent I'm in a one-bedroom and I started my business from a one bedroom with a kid. And i had used up every inch of my apartment for my business and I think I'm ready to get bigger I only have about 400 items but I'm excited to see how much I can grow 🪴 I really hope Ill be able to fit resellers edge into my budget since I just made the decision to rent a storage space. I hope you will still make videos for us poor folks! Lol

That’s an idea! I hadn’t thought of adding shelving but rather keep adding yet one more bin. Going to look into shelves. It’s just that the cheap ones seem to be so ugly.

I recommend using a CPA. Taxes and write offs are different in every state so you really want to get professional advice to maximize your savings.

I noticed you accept returns on eBay. Do you get many returns ?

My current return rate is 4.26%. The additional sales I get from offering returns far outweighs the returns.

Just curious, you always seem to find such high and items I am originally from Indianapolis and there are tons of bins and Goodwill's in Annapolis area. There's probably eight within a 5 mile radius so where my daughter lives +2 bins unfortunately down here in Tampa, there's one and you have to drive over to Saint Pete. It sucks, congratulations on your success. You seem to be doing quite well.

Sometimes it takes longer than 3 weeks. I would make sure the items you are listing have high sell through rates.

@crystaljones9023 the only thing I know to do is check the Vero list. Other than that, its just googling or seeing if other people in the reseller community have experienced it.
