@Cody in Texas I can pretty much guarantee that anyone spending that type of money has enough and will more than likely update it. It would be worth more updated. But if they don't its a beautiful situation for someone. Its well built.

The designer managed to make such a relatively large house seem pretty cozy. Needs updating but for that price worth it considering it really only needs a few updates. Also, 10 acres is a pretty nice size for a backyard!

Maybe it just me, but I think the hinges and doorknob makes the 'secret safe room' obvious. And this video of course. I do really enjoy these videos even though I'm across the country and far too poor to ever afford anything like this. I realize you do this for work, but thank you for sharing them all the same.

Beautiful home. I watch a lot of mansion tours and even though I can't afford it, this is the first one I've seen that I feel I could actually live in. Not a fan of a lot of glass, stainless steel and an all white interior. Some think it needs updating. Everyone has varied tastes. I'm more partial to that 'homey' feel that is enhanced by the muted colors and woodgrain accents.

That into music is FLAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A beautiful house, it's in excellent condition, I wouldn't change a thing, the owners must be sad to leave. Do the garden machines come with it, I really like the John Deere small tractor with the backhoe.

Nice house. It is warm and inviting. I like everything about this house. I think the backyard needs more greenery around the pool. Great job of showing it. 👍💕

Tommy, this home is fantastic!!! It has a weird/great layout...the dining room isn’t adjoining to the kitchen but works nonetheless. It needs a little updates here and there but nothing to extravagant. The master bedroom is nice....

great buy easily worth 3 million

Love the property. Love the movie style entrance in the front, with the canopy overhead. Beautiful dark bean in the entrance of the house, Texas Style. Tommy I'm from Texas and I never knew homes in Texas had basement, I had no clue, seriously.... I can handle a fireplace in the gym- etc.. room, nice and cozy.... I love the design on the shower door screen. The lady of the house closet WOW, hidden clothes closet, nice. Added bonus, the Theater/ Media room. The storage room a plus for any woman or man, great idea. The kitchen can use a large kitchen ISLAND. Thanks for sharing.

The fact that this huge house only has 4 bedrooms really surprised me. I mean if I'm ganna buy a house this size I would be expecting it to have more then 4 bedrooms.

Sweet place. Love the chiefs pool table cover. Hey Dallas, guess what...the chiefs started in Dallas as the Texans.

My favorite so far! Maybe it's the abundance of bathrooms or the massive owner's suite - I find it very appealing. Love the louvred window coverings (although I'd require a housekeeper to clean them - lol). My main complaint with this house is the basement stairs - they need sturdy a sturdy railing. Also not sure about the upstairs. Didn't really seem to be a bedroom there to me. But overall, loved it.

A toilet right there facing the foyer and a basement in Texas? It might not be such a bad idea to have a basement here in Texas. Not for me. I really do not like to opening appeal of the house. So much house with so little bedrooms. 7,000 SF and 4 bedrooms? There are more bathrooms then needed. I really hope it had better furniture before they starting moving. Thank you for showing it.

House needs a lot of updating.

I know it may be a bit too much to ask for but could you get drone shots of the properties... id like to see all the land also since its kinda part of the house 😆

There are a variety of reasons. 1 they can't afford the bills and mortgage for such a home and are not actually rich. 2 they bought it when they had a lot of kids to fill it up with but are now empty nesters and need to downsize. 3 They are really rich and just got bord of it or just simply want to get rid of one of there properties.

Love the intro, love the gold real 70ish swag

Problem people get into with these big houses is the maintenance and upkeep costs. Just the roof alone is around $50,000-60g to replace.

I love the brick structure of the home. The brick columns are a wonderful touch. Very unusual, but very sturdy to say the least. It gives a great first impression that the place is well-built for sure. There are a lot of homes on the market listing for a lot more than this one without any of the nice touches this one has.

For the square footage, you would think that the kitchen would be bigger. I assume the owners don’t do much cooking. Also, was that a MAP of the property?

Why is the basement so small compared to the size of the house?

A friend has an RV garage and his RV is connected to the house via a covered boarding walkway. Kinda like a spaceship. Very cool. I will copy it. And it's like having a house in your house.
