Make you a folding foot platform in front of the bed box opposite of the television to make sitting in it more comfortable than to have ur feet dangling, maybe like 10 or 12 inch wide that folds up flush when ur not using as a sofa

GREAT CONVERSION ! I've gotta say . . . you prefaced to leave a comment in your 1st video with, "I'm not a carpenter", but you should be. Every detail is meticulous from woodwork to electrical. I hope you guys enjoy for years to come.

Wow! You are doing a great job on this build. I love all the wood and the drawers. Your wife is I bet a happy camper. Hope to see more post on this. Thank you for sharing it. Great choices and design. Beautifully done. The skill put into this is worth waiting for. Your doing it right. Allot of people who have it done faster do not work or do you tube for a living. So again thank you for sharing the time it took to edit this and put it on you tube for us. God Bless you and your family.

Really nicely done, thanks for taking the time to post the second video. Composting toilet is the way to go and doing the bathroom up front in the nose is a good use of that space. Also, you are one of the few that thought about garbage and recycling from the start! Again, congrats, I hope you are enjoying it on your photo adventures.

Nicest 6x12 I have seen yet . I would make it so bed boxes could be easily removed temporarily if you still needed to haul some cargo in it . And have enough space between bed boxes to strap down a medium size motorcycle when you are on the road . When parked put it outside and you have wheels if you need to make a Quick run to store or want to explore the area.

this is amazing build ! wish you would show the 5,000 window unit ac floor vent and the water tank for the shower. i think the nose should have a seat for sit down shower and have a water tank put in the nose seat area. love your floor plan. you really have maximized every inch of space in that trailer and have done it quite well. looking forward to seeing more videos or finished project tour.

Everything about your build is well thought out and executed with professional results. The double sink is a little overkill. You will learn that paper plates are your best friend. Lol

I just ordered an 6X12 freedom cargo trailer 7 foot tall. I'm writing your some suggestions to use as a toy hauler, and use as a camper. I have a Honda side by side, so far I've had extra led lights with marine battery also 4 d rings for tie down. And one roof vent, should I have a max fan installed or what should I do.

Do you have a cover for the always open floor vent when you use your air conditioner? Because if not, won't the AC's chilled air just drain out through the vent? While I understand that you may have positioned the AC unit close to the floor for stability purposes, it'll have to run harder and longer to cool the space if there's always an ongoing loss of chilled air.

Instead of the overhead storage doors, you might think about modified small cargo nets. The pocket door is too cool for school dude! On the tankless water heater, 90 out the side for the vent and stay away from putting holes in your roof if possible. Lastly, if you'd like a little more standardized chair feel when seated, use a couple of small bean bags on top of the bench.
