Hi Becca! I know how you feel about journaling. I highly recommend the book ‘the artist way’ by Julia Cameron. She talks about the ‘morning pages’ ritual. She writes 3 pages first thing in the morning. I’ve been doing this for a few years and it single-handedly made the greatest impact on my mental health and life satisfaction . It’s not about writing neatly or achieving anything , it’s all about doing a brain dump and freeing yourself. Couldn’t recommend more 💌☁️🤍 also thank you for this relaxing video, I loved it!

Im from the uk Lancashire ❤ and love the cooler westher but also hate it im very sensitive to heat so although i love winter my family need heat such as fires or central heating on and thst causes issue for me , also i agree the summers in the uk having become too hot , i was diagnosed with SAD (seasonal affective disorder) most diagnosis effect peoplemwhen the summer changes in the winter (cooler days) mine is when winter changes to summer as i am allergic to certain UV rays so summer becomes my worry and stressful months (also the cinnamon swirls pasty is amazing althought i really get scared when opening it due to always cutting myself somewhow ) 😂 but loved ur routine

I think Gilmore Girls is such an autumnal thing wo watch^^ I recently started watching it the first time now and I love it 💕 I also enjoyed your video so much 😍🍂

Hi Becca! There actually isn’t any evidence that drinking coffee first thing or on an empty stomach has any adverse health effects! If you feel better doing things this way, that’s great, but there’s no need to feel guilt for drinking coffee first thing or to force yourself to change your routines or cut out something you love just because “its bad for you” because there isn’t any evidence supporting that claim. 😊
