Sure but how good are the chassis and engine? I'm into canal boats and some look absolute bargains until one realises they are rust-buckets with knackered engines. Now, not for a minute am I even approaching saying this is similar - £65k would be a fortune for that but I do think prices tend to reflect value and there will be a reason, or several, that the dealer is not asking more. Of course, one reason is the cost of fuel and another is how inappropriate these buses are for UK non-main roads and camping facilities, neither of which reflects the condition of the vehicle itself.

American motor homes are normally not my thing.... BUT.... That is quite the tool... Sleeping for 6/7. Separate toilet and shower. Air con. 2 x TV`s. Massive garage. massive engine and a bed that goes up and down electrically !!!! What is not to like about it? A fantastic European tourer. Great review as per. Thanks Nick

Can't wait to see the Burnham Travelsport 45.

I love this design as it really seems to have it all. A positive plethora of sleeping berths (6 full-sized doubles, plus up to 2 kids in the converted dinette), one of the best garages I've ever seen in these, and amazingly compact overall... Just astounding. If only it wasn't left-hand drive. Please, please find us the closest right-hand equivalent to this, Nick!

Great video Nick. There is a certain charm about an American camper. Just a pity one has to have an extra job to pay for petrol at the moment

Amazing value in a sense but as soon as you said it was an American RV I just knew the interior would be horrible. And it was. Regardless though, the videos as always are top top quality. Nice one.

Probably somewhere between 6-10 mpg, given the weight its carrying. They're also not fast by any definition of the word, and they're noisy as hell up front because the engine is right under the front two seats.

i have always liked these. only 30ft ish but because they are a cab over they make the most of the space , easier to drive and see out. im not a huge fan of the V 10 though . thats just me. good vid

I would ditch the couch. Put a wall of storage , with a w/ D. . move tv where it is across from diner. Solar?? Endless shower filter?

They don't mention how many miles to the gallon it will do,. Not many, it would cost a small fortune to run and be a bit tight on British roads. Apart for that it a wonderful motor home. Love to travel through Europe in it if I had l could afford it, but sadly I'll stick with my pennine pathfinder folding camper. 😂👍

Very nice motorhome. What's the mileage driven so far? One concern is the lack of shower privacy. If you have 4 to 6 people living in here, are you going to just walk out naked from the shower?

Lovely motorhome or should I say RV. Not so sure about being a petrol engine though. Must guzzle a lot of juice. I should think keeping the engine in tip top condition will help.

I bet this has never driven by a petrol station without stopping =)

Goodness me. Very american, isn’t it, lol! I could see a Chevy Chase movie being shot in that motorhome. When you opened that toilet door i was mildly horrified 😂. Sometimes evolution and fashion changes are most welcome, aren’t they! But to each their own 😊

Can you drive state to state with no papers and breed rabbits in it though?

Tons of seating when stationary but no accommodation for when on the road, perhaps the other part of the family can follow on in a car!

No doubt about the space and usability of this beast….. but, although it’s 10 years old, the look and feel of this type of vehicle always harks back to the 1970’s in my opinion…… call it American style if you like and as has been said before, the elder Stateside buyers, Wilbur an Myrtle…… like that era of style…… Gosh Darn 🇺🇸 The other obvious issue, more and more relevant as the £10 gallon is upon us…… this has a 6.8 litre V10 petrol engine, propelling a vehicle with the aero of an Elephant wearing a fat suit……. Gallons to the mile is probably fair to say…..😳 Also, I’m pretty sure the slide out models at that length are nearer 8250kg GVW……. only the base one comes under at 16000lbs GVW or around 7250kg…… A European A class with a turbo diesel is the way……. sadly German at that. 🇬🇧🙂 Nought wrong with the excellent tour as ever Nick, before it looks like a negative……. do they do a flybridge model ? 🥳

Part of the reason the American RVs target fat grandparent generation is because that is who can afford to buy one here. It is super common for someone in their 60s to retire sell the house and buy an RV for full-time living

It desperately needs a European makeover from the inside !!! It would be funny project renovating & updating it !!!

Don't like the way the shower is, step out the shower into the living area effectively, be better with a door to section off the toilet/shower/bedroom

Why on Earth do American motorhomes always go for carpentry, soft furnishing and flooring that make them look like 80s suburban homes? Such a great space, but I do feel it would benefit from a modern European design

How do you get in the shower without everyone in the motorhome seeing you naked? It seems that flexible door should have been about 3' forward.
