No, I like the way the rooms are set up so it’s not a long narrow look inside beautifully done. I don’t see washer and dryer though.

Absolutely love the individual porches off the bedrooms!! I too don't like the dining table as you first walk in. I'd move the breakfast counter to the kitchen bookshelves and shift the table where the counter was. I know some didn't like the second door but I'm guessing it will get more use than expected. Just need one big cushy chair next to the fireplace between front door and I'm set to go. Thanks again.

Having the kitchen door just a few feet from the main entrance is an oddity. I'd either relocate it to the side or eliminate it altogether. The kitchen also could be enlarged. In a house of two or more bedrooms it's good to have two toilets. One possibility would be to make the bathroom "Jack-and-Jill", and use the laundry/bathroom access space for a powder room. Then the laundry machines could be moved to an enlarged kitchen, perhaps taking some wardrobe space from the bedroom. Not ideal, but the British do it often. ;-)

Jack and Jill bathroom is a good idea. I'd reconfigure the kitchen, moving the front facing door to the sink area and add on a garage in place of the side deck. The laundry could reside in the garage.

Very nice, but would have to make a few adjustments.

This would work very well for me and the second bedroom is good for when Family visits. Also I'm a senior citizen so I prefer the shower to a tub combination.

Only thing I dislike is how small the shower is. As an elderly person who needs help with showers I need a long shower so my helper can clean my back without getting wet. I would put a small vanity where shower is and put a longer shower in the vanity area.

This simple design would be perfect for a single person, with a roommate, or a retired couple. For me, everything is perfect except: 1) move the kitchen door to the side and 2) Shower would become a shower/tub combo. Overall, lovely! Is the decking included in total square footage?

The only thing I don't like about this house is the shower stall, I want some elbow room n I want to be able to turn around n stretch my arms out n not worry about hitting the walls.

Nice one person home. The only thing that needs to be changed is the stove, it needs to be a gas stove. Otherwise, it's perfect for a one person.

A few cosmetic things I would tweak but it’s a nice house. I only wish that your houses were real and in communities across the United States .

Where is the water heater supposed to go? I've seen quite a few of your small house designs now and not a single one has made provision for a mechanical closet. So while I find them rather attractive at first blush they don't seem to be actual practical designs that would ever be built.

I don't like the two doors in front.

Having the front door open into the dining table is inconvenient. The two doors on the front of the house are unnecessary. I would eliminate the kitchen bar, eliminate the kitchen door, and move the dining table towards the kitchen area. I like the leaf print wallpaper, but I wish it was a different color.

This is not 60 m2 or 645 squarefeet, this is much bigger.

I agree, this is not 60 m2, this is much bigger. I would say around 100 m2.

I love most of your designs, but this one would not be for me. Two front doors is strange. It looks like a duplex.
