We got a call from one of our clients saying that they're Hynautic Control systems had air in it and needed to be bled. When we got to the boat and tried to bleed it, we realized that there was more to the situation than just bleeding the system. We ripped the entire system apart brought it back to the shop, realized how much debris was in the bottom of the tank. We cleaned it all out which I believe to be a silicate, probably due to using the wrong type of antifreeze.
