Just wanted to let you know I found your channel about a month or 2 ago and I have did nothing else but watch your videos and come up with different things I could build. I use to have a addiction problem for years then I had a little girl she is 5 years old now and I have been sober for 5 years but the trick is for me to stay busy and do stuff with her to keep my mind off of the bad things but i just wanted to let you know watching you build things has gave me ideas and things me and my daughter can do together. Thank you.
I like Daniel, I though he was just a mechanic I didn't know he could weld too. pretty good asset to have, keep up the good work guys
Can't wait for you guys to get back to this one, really interested in this swap myself .
Hoping to see this cart finished. Would be cool to see the end product!!!
Love the 'new Intro' so much,I had to watch it again before this. You all are so great at what you do.I hope you'll continue to be Blessed.
Can we please get back to this build ??

I love watching ya make something from nothing with that tubing an welding. especially at a fast foward speed it honestly amazes me,seriously good job boys keep up the cool an good work ..
Can we please get back to this build ?

Another cool build mate rusty gold it'll bang about the place just sweet with the big motor luv it cheers
You guys are getting really good at working on these golf carts. Nice job Daniel on the welding. Rbg colors should be a must with a sweet badge on the front... Watch out tho, the wifey might snag it up.. Lol
god bless you and all of your family.
THE FORGOTTEN BUILD.....................I am no longer bothering to ask anymore
Cant wait!!!
anyone else notice on the roof it had "PT109"? sweet build, cant wait to see what kind of a beast you turn this little EZ-Go into
I was really worried when I seen the rush but y'all done a good job repairing Cajun land Church Point Louisiana
He did a bang up job
625 single! thats a serous pop boys!
Cool stuff Greggy Poo. Although I'm jonesing to see that completely fabricated buggy done. You can do no wrong in my mind. You're my hero! Must admit I enjoy it when you make funny coments and actions when the M'rs. is recording. Much love, God bless and peace out bruh!
Cool this is gonna be nice
Awesomeness!!!!!
Looks like Danny boy knows what hes doing! Sure it will be nice to have another set of hands that can weld.
Cool.
With that much engine, a gear change and rack and pinion steering. Go low with street tires. Make a street machine of it.
Could you put some rectangular tube on the inside of the C to beef it up, like a tubing slug? Is that necessary? Great work!
Lengthening that frame is one of those while you're already in it kind of projects hey be a perfect time..
love it lift every thing the country boy way
Like your thoroughness it is a modified restoration
They are so much fun aren't they? lol i build them everyday, you will love the vagus kit , we are a vagus dealer
Maybe use Eastwood products it’s rust sealer prevents anything from rust anywhere else
there is sumting i havent seen yet on most of the gopowersports sponsored channels a propane (LPG) kit for these small engines , there there i now they are but i havent seen them used to power a kart, i dont know if the engine will loose a lot of power and if the valvessink in the head over time (do these engines have hardened valveseats and stainless valves ?) think the golfkart has plenty of room to get the gastank in there
Do you have video of the rest of this build?
Rust never sleeps , great cancer cure 👍
An red beard gang, mines red to 🤟🏻
So where is the updated video of the 625cc golf cart
Good mornin red
It would've been interesting to see if you can get serious peformance out of the stock 2 cylinder with a governor delete and a proper headers/intake and carb set. the 625 is nice but if you ever get another golf cart it'd be very interesting.
Hey Red Beard's Garage are you ever getting back to this build ???

@Armani Jaylen definitely, been watching on InstaFlixxer for since november myself :)
When are you getting back to this build ???
Wouldnt mind having that front suspension!
Can you do a EZGO electric strip down video? I like how you show the steps to rebuild it. I want to fix an old golf cart for our church to use.

We have one coming on the channel in a month or so. Converting electric to gas.
With that C channel being the only thing that supports the front end it's going to bend (even after the repair with new metal) if you do any rough riding. And, given most all of the builds from RBG are jump tested over the driveway...well. Maybe, build a full roll cage similar to your other buggies to give that front half some needed support.
What's going on with that little supercharged or turbo engine we were teased with awhile back? I dont think I've heard any mention of it in awhile...
You officially have 2 red beards. Someone call Guinness World Records!!!
That engine thats in there is kind of neat engine. Looks over head cam.
Thats why I have a club car
Custom lift
I would like to have an engine like the one you took off to put on a yard kart !
That cart was rode wet and put up hard in its previous life
another awesome job guys, but time to change up the background music or take it out completely lol
Any idea's on how long between episodes for this build ?
Hey RBG on my 2017 S4 I installed a Duromax 18hp and my problem is with the flex plate/motor mount plate, the motor will twist (torque) when I give it gas, Any suggestions on how to stiffin that up?
So I know that y’all posted this vid a while ago but I’m trying to restore an electric golf cart. Any advice on where I can find some cheap reliable parts
Where are the rest of the episodes of this restoration?

I was wondering the same thing .
Morning everyone!
That new engine looks awesome
Whatever happened with this build? I would really appreciate your feedback on this Vegas Cats swap because I'm thinking of doing the same...
Now that I think about it, putting it back together requires bolting every single bolt back into place. And this thing HAS ALOT
Can’t find a golf kart in any condition for less than a couple grand near me.
Well that escalated quickly lol
Yall werent kiddin when you said strip that thing down almost felt like i had to put a dollar in it lol
I cannot find any other videos with the title of '625cc EzGo Golf Cart'. Did you abandon that project? Were the videos removed because they were 5 years old?
That a Kohler v twin block on the bench?
When will you do the stator upgrade for a duromax 18hp?
How much do you charge to do this swap? I have a cart that I want to get it done on.
Just make whole new frame, stronger.
What ever happened to the IRS Go Kart?
Still trying to call you guys out for a race golf cart vs golf cart
sell the parts you take off. that starter generator goes for between 250 and 300 bucks. that pulley on the engine is also about a 300 dollar part.
Today on "who's that guy garage" rust repair and future plans!.
I put their 625cc in my Yamaha golf cart. Had to take the lift off it wouldn't keep front tires on the ground
For your family and these watching, who are family now too,Please wear Dust Masks when you tear into old machinery.I want to see you all in 40 years, and with the 3rd Generation building too.(Heck,'Hover board' may fly by then).
2:00 there
Curious on the nose of that go cart did it say Southland station...
You should put doors and windows on it
G'day I had to laugh ( it's not too bad ) 2min later ,( it's pretty bad ) ,you can improve on what's there .keep up the good work Mal.
Do you still have the old 295cc engine from this cart?
Just gave up on this build I guess. Unless powder coat takes 2 years
cuanto cuestas amigos
is this for street or off road?
What happened to the rest of this video is there a part 2 coming soon

jhitt79 probably waiting for parts. No point in them just waiting for parts and not uploading when they could bring out new content like this
guess there isn't a ep2 or anything else??? did this project die? Did I just waste 15 mins watching a partial build?
