#62 Beats Flex Vs Skull Candy Ink'd+ Vs Sony WI-SP510. Which headset beats the rest?
Up for final results the winner is the Sony, Beats came in number 2 and skull candy, very disappointingly in dead last.
None of these are bad choices, however I go into detail about each design after 2 full days of use at work and a weekend. Each one got a full day without any EQ app, then a full day with an EQ app.
Each has their place, but overall if you work in an office you will want to leave the skull candy in the car as the obnoxious bright LED is clearly visible. It is super distracting in a meeting for example.
For a daily drive the Beats Flex is a great choice, especially with the super low key vibe for a professional setting. The phone call clarity is really good, though its less good outside.
The Sony is a great low key choice that stays completely hidden until put into use, however the sound clarity during a phone call will blow your mind.

Really helpful review. I had purchased the Beats Flex but returned it when I realized it favors iPhones (I have Samsung phone) and I already have Airpods for my iPad. After checking specs, etc. I ordered Sony WI SP510 and now I am happy I made a smart choice. Thank you.

I've been using Sony SP510 headphones with my iPhone 12 for nearly ten months. Should I buy a Beats flex and take advantage of all the Apple features, or should I save that $50?

To be honest, I'm not sure what additional features the apple offers. I'd save the cash if you like what you already have.

I enjoy both to be honest. The beats are really good for a professional setting as they are quite discreet.

The Sony sounds a bit better with hip hop and bass heavy music compared to the other 2.

Hi Mario. Previously it was the skull candy smoking buds 2 that I had for over 2 years. I prefer the Sony Wi-sp510 currently, though I still rotate in the beats depending on what I'm doing. If I had to choose the favorite of the 3 it's the Sony.

which has deep bass ?

None of them have truly deep bass, but the Sony and Beats do better than the ink'd by a long shot. The best way is to use an EQ application to dial in exactly the sound you want. I prefer the Sony and Beats as they have the widest music range and I listen to almost anything. The ink'd is ok if listening to metal, but not so good for hip hop or bass heavy music. Thee beats are amazing if you listen to a lot of spoken audiobook or pod cast type of content.
I cpuld understand way easier if you stopped saying "these" and uses the brand names instead. I got sick of trying to guess the brand with all those "these"
