you make this look so easy. The template didn't fit on one page when I printed it but I modified to work. I tried this with thin craft foam it was a disaster. I'm going to try again today with cardboard.

+Jonathan Kwan, yes 180 is 180mm width, but since this is a open face helmet, the width is adjustable depends on the temporary inner support you add in later (freehanded giant egg shape cardboard on 7:32 ) :)

Here's my advice- use the PDF and extract each part into Photoshop or Gimp. Multiply it by X% based on the math. He says he's a 21. I factor I'm a 24 so I figured I'm 17% larger than him. With each part scaled up, now I can print and resume the video. I think this method will work for all of his PDFs. Also I had the hardest time trying to match the color from the movie. I went with a brick color. I just need to do the black staining at the end.

Elijah Chavez try masking tape, you can cover it with paper-mache later, masking tape works fine with paper & pva glue :)

Hey I made a practice helmet first off is there a way too make it just a bit bigger and I had a really ruff time on connect the top front and the back the video wasn't very detailed for the top (not judging cause its an awesome video and you do awesome work)

I need some help....the hot glue doesn't like hold the cardboard in place...and I had to put a lot of glue to put it in place and it doesn't look as neat as yours......I accidentally. Burnt y hand while doing it though....:(

Lemon !!! use as much glue as needed to hold them, later you can trim away the excess glue by using a knife or scissor, but be careful, maybe you can wear gloves for protection :)

i think my head is only about 20 - 21", your head is much larger, you can download the single template, open in a image editor software, such as adobe illustrator, photoshop... enlarge it 25% and print :)
