It has a flat spring wound around the centre. I used a piece of .025" shim stock on a roll. You can see it here; kzread.info/dash/bejne/rGGcrqiEmLiTdqg.html

Thanks for an easy explanation for my stupid self

Hey I just made a remix of this drum but I doubled the drum and scaled it to fit .45 bullets and added a cutoff slot where you can fit mostly any Glock or pistol mags on top. Just trying to find the spring used in the middle of the drum. I wanna release the files on odysee cuz KZread would probably take them down 👇 The lever design is genius

Hey, glad you could use it. thanks. I used a piece of .025" shim stock, Starrett. 1/2" wide, comes on a roll. You could also look for a drill press return spring, I think they are on amzon and such. Cheers! Send me a link when you have it done. I'd like to make another for GSG .22.
