Your calculation wrong. You calculate buldup area cost .

If u don't have project pls don't lie and take the project in 58lac u can't construct this house even if u use low quality materials if u are an engg r architect maintain some principles don't act like mestri telling all rubbish thinks

You are right bro.

58 lakhs will be basic structure cost , 10 lakhs design cost, 10 lakhs interior cost , 5 lakhs lift cost. So total cost will be 83 lakhs without furnitures
