Egg yoke . Desi ghee is also a saturated fat . . 25 gm saturated fat is very very important for body. It makes harmones.... Trans fat is bad not saturated fat . . When saturated fat burn to a large extent it's chemical structure changes and it changes into trans fat. ... Desi pehalvan 100 gm tak roj saturated fat khate rahe hai. They were absolutely fine till 80 90 years . Only trans fat bad .

100% right kaha apne bhai. I did avoid those things and feel better energetic. I'm 53 years old I feel energetic person like 30+ years only. Everything depend on food. I become diabetic and I reverse diabeties within 3 months and completely cured without medicine. I use plently of carrot/cucumber/tomotoes/raddis/spinach/all green veggies/fruits + home cooked food.
