Dr. Khan, I take protein but I wasn't aware that it should be taken by non-athletes also. Thanx for this particular knowledge. Being an athlete I was taking it only on my gym days but now also on non-gym days.

Love ❤️ From Pakistan , for you and specifically for this protein video. Because I understand and eat 180 gram meat daily in dinner and 3 eggs in my first meal daily to manage my protein synthesis in my body ( also 7 cups of different vegetables raw & steamed)

Zinc rich food खाओ।।लेकिन उसके साथ चावल रोटी मत खाओ।।।जैसे चिकन,मटन खाते हो तो सिर्फ वही खाओ,उसके साथ रोटी चावल मत खाओ।cereals zinc absorption ko rokte hain।काजू,pumpkin seeds 5 से 6 घंटे पानी में भिगो कर खाओ।।खाली पेट ज्यादा अच्छा Zinc,vitamin D चाहिए testostorene बढ़ाने के लिए और potassium चाहिए दोनों को इकट्ठा करने के लिए।।

गरीब की औकात सबसे ज्यादा ही होती है पर सोच घटिया होती है ,, देसी दारू पीने को पैसे हैं ,,मंहगी शराब पीने को पैसे हैं ,,इसके साथ सड़ा मांस खाने को पैसे हैं जो कदम दर कदम मौत कई ओर ले जाते हैं पर स्वस्थ ओर खूबसूरत जिंदा जिंदगी जीने के लिए उस बदनसीब के पास न पैसा है ,न वह सुधार करना चाहता है ,, इसलिए उसे कुत्ते की मौत नसीब होती है,,, जबकि प्रोटीन इन सबसे बहुत ही सस्ता आता है ,,,,
