Getting the Razorleaf is one of the best things in Starfield, if, for nothing else, the comedy factor of Spacers scanning you and immediately shitting themselves in terror to run away. In fact, one of them was so terrified he gave me all the credits he had. And the merchant I inevitably rescued was so confused, but his co-pilot was such a fanboy, I couldn't help but play up the Mantis just to see his reaction.

There are actually a couple of corrupted text logs that explain why they cloned H. H. Holmes, and it seems to have been one rogue scientist testing nature/nurture theories on his own by cloning serial killers and sticking them in with the other clones. All i really cared about was completing the quest to get Amelia Earhart on my crew so I might have missed more details.

Funny thing, H.H. Holmes actually *wasn't* a serial killer. He *was* a multiple murderer, but he only killed as part of a scam or to keep witnesses/ crime partners from talking. Answers with Joe did an excellent videos on him.

Not a quest but just a random encounter. Every once in a while you'll pop into a system and hear a man with a thick Irish accent singing a sea shanty. I've run into him at least 3 times, and each time he is singing a different song. You can hail him and have a brief conversation before he jumps away. Honestly my favorite encounter so far.

I really enjoyed the mission 'Overdesigned', unlocked midway through the main questline, where you pitch in to help a team of engineers finalise the design of a new starship. If you take the 'kitchen sink' approach, you end up with one of the best ships in the game. The struggles within the team, between the team and management, and even the weird group meditation session all felt very true to life, lol.

The coffee quest is actually quite and interesting one because it's based off of how a certain coffee is actually made in the real world. I can't remember the name of it now, but the process of getting the "special" coffee beans is basically the same, a small animal is fed the beans, poops them out, and then that is used to make coffee. It's crazy that they made something like that a mission in the game, though I'm sure it's probably because most people wouldn't imagine doing something like that

Also, for the Mantis ship, the Razorleaf, you can literally build a new ship in its slot on the shipbuilder and keep the Mantis effect on Spacers and Pirates. It doesn’t take the effect from the ship, or name or any part of the Razorleaf itself.

It typically doesn't smell much in a fish processing plant, because the interior is kept cold to slow bacteria growth (the bacteria consuming the deceased fish and expelling waste gasses is what you smell) so as to protect the end product - the fish meat, but has the bonus of keeping the unwanted guts from stinking much. As for the detached storage bins/structure the offal is kept in after being cleaned out of the plant itself, not so much...ew.
