    Love your videos! What is your suggestion for recovery time, 48 or 72 hours? I am 60 and the weights I am using are 8 lbs. right now.

    My cardiologist said coq10 does not help nor harm the heart. Same with omega3.

    I would like to know what you think about levothyroxine . I take 50 mg I don’t have any energy what so ever. Tired when I get up and tired when I go to bed . I have had a stroke and my Gynecologist will not give me any estrogen. So what is a woman to do? I have been keto and seam to not lose any weight . Help!!!!
