Hi. I am really inspired by watching your videos on face yoga. But some influencers on KZread itself was discussing abouts face yoga/exercises outcomes which start developing wrinkles on face despite tonning of muscles. As per them face muscles are weaker than body muscles to get trained for strengthening. So pls guide I am quite confused on such contradictory statements floating in social media.

Eat more chapati I guess .. my sis used to have slim cheeks and now she started eating more chapati then usual her cheeks becoming soft and like plumpy ... And I have these but I want slim face and i Stop eating too much chapati and some other things I am seeing my face is getting slimer I want more slim
