    I’ve actually turn floats out of wine corks. It’s pretty fun to do and you can make about any shape you like.

    Awesome as always. I make no roll sinkers using a 2oz egg sinker and a cotter key. Drill it out put the cotter key in and beat it flat. It will lock the key in

    For my weights, ill add an anvil and hammer to my boat so Im always prepared. Now I dont need to buy a ton of different weights!

    This channel is why I started keeping wine corks. I hadn't thought about stopping by the Olive Garden to pick up more! This is probably my favorite channel by far! Lots of reasons to have a bad mood nowadays, your channel is a great diversion. When I'm not learning, I'm laughing! Keep it up!

    Another great vid...I use two corks glued together drilled out #12 steel leader looped at each end with beads and blades to spin. I get my corks from olive garden 😀

    I glue corks together to make lures out of. So you can always glue as many corks together as u want for your circumstances.

    Another great HACK video 🎣BRO 🤘. A little helpful tip for sliding weights is, interesting. A peace of hollow plastic ( lolly pop stick ) throw the hole, helping it slide easyer. And less chances of , it rubbing on the line & wearing into the line. I make alot of my sinker weights, as I don't have much money. FYI I luv you Channel 👊👍BRO.

    I use three wine corks with a coffee stir ran through the middle of them and glued in place for large baits. The beauty of the wine corks is you can thread on as many as you need.

    Make a no roll sinker with a couple sheet rock screws. Also use a plastic coffee stirrer glued in a through hole sinker to make it smooth.

    Another good video. Some fish, like walleye, are very sensitive when they pick up a bait, so having a cork that just barely floats is sometimes the difference between getting a bite and actually catching a fish.

    Have made no rolls out of lead eyed bank sinkers. Some of them split out while hammering them out. I think the good all lead ones don't split out

    I use an electric engraving tool to write the weight size on my sinkers so I always know which is which. It never fades or comes off

    Another awesome video Brother. My grandpa would always get me to hammer a 1 or 2 oz egg sinker flat and he would fold it up and put it in his tackle bag , paper bag . He would pinch a piece of it off and wrap it on his line instead of buying split shot and I always thought that was a great idea. I love your videos and channel buddy.     Enjoyed this hack video! Even with a quick shot of the first flattening round head into pill head that I posted on the All Things Fishing group....showed that segment to my wife, and she asked "How did I know.....", I know because a person knows what they made, with the only vise in the world like mine....Awesome! Keep on doing the hacks...I don't always see the personal use for me, but then others are perfect for me.

    Great hacks again buddy. Out of all your options for wine corks you forgot one. Lay under a shade tree, drink the wine (yeah you'll have to finish the bottle to get the cork) and just think of new fishing hacks. Of course you may have to wait a day or so to sober up, and hope you can remember all the great hacks you thought of !!! LOL Man I love your videos and the great ideas you come up with.     With my through hole sinkers I will take a straw from a wd40 can and feed it through the hole and make it 1/4" longer than the sinker. Take a lighter to the ends and they will mushroom to keep it inside the sinker

    Wow I've been on line for label maker never showed me that so thank you. And love the bullet sinker I have some bobbers made from corks and shot gun shell a kid makes to earn money. Yea there not perfect like from store that's why I like it's not perfect but it works. But I love buying stuff kids make with there parents and learning life lessons also. But wish I could do that with all I seen making stuff for fishing. But I'm glad I do get to help a few and plastic buy from auctions from guys at home some have company name some not but I'm getting good deals and get to help alot kids with free baits.     I've made topwater lures before out of wine corks. You just drill a hole through the center of the cork, another through the center of a bottle cap (IBC works great), epoxy the cap to the cork (flared side facing forwards with the cap), make a loop with some wire, and then run the wire through the center to terminate at a loop with a treble hook attached at the end. It is a neat little DIY lure that works.

    @@FishinNStuff here in NW Florida, I even make a lure out of McDonald's drink straws to catch Spanish mackerel. I love the idea of making a lure that looks like nothing in nature but triggers a response in fish.

    I always smashed my river sinkers cause I hated the way they rolled. Not sure what the shape is called. Used them on my duck decoys too. Now I’m gonna start with my egg sinkers cause…That’s Awesome!
