Really great video! Another great one for students is when they are coming to an end of their degree/course is to build a LinkedIn profile. This way you can network with people in your respective field. A mistake I made was to complete the degree and then look. You want to start being active at least 6 months before as it can sometimes take awhile to get a job.

Hey Varsha I did my Masters in HR/IT as well I have worked as a Marketing Representative for 5 yr in India & 3yr in Saudi Arabia. Wud like to know what Refugee Visa is? I know a bit, but if you explore in detail abt de advantages and disadvantages may be helpful to me...coz the main thing is i cud not efford for expenses tht I have cum to know around 10 lakhs INR for PR. This Nov I will be turning 35 as well. It is relly appreciating what a great work your doing by expressing the reality of life in Aus. Presently the economy is down like never before and our India's GDP is as -23 in quarterly figure don't know what may happen.

Tax file number = every worker need it .. Abn (Australia business number ) allow you to work for uber and yourself ( plumber, any business ) Abn is a must for student since you only allow to work to maximum hours as an employee , but if you work for uber your are not a employee your self employer aka contractor which mean you can work more then 25 hours ... this is a way to by pass the system

I ran into a small problem though, when I clicked the link provided for the "Traffic controller course", it says in the course entry requirements that "Overseas Students VISAs are not permitted to enrol in this course." So not sure if students can actually do this as a job here Australia?

Hey Shavinka, thanks for your feedback. The only requirement to enroll for this course is to have a valid visa in Australia and 100 points of ID. @@DashCamSriLanka Every state has a different provider. Validity of the certification is different too. The one I linked in the description is for Sydney. For Melbourne you can try construction training group , Edway, Cover training etc. There are many more, try to google them 😀

There are many Makeup artists who provide 1 or 2 days training with certificate :) You can surely freelance post that, you will make minimum $50 for a simple party makeup, bridal can go up to $100 or even more ! Good Luck :D

Hi Raghavendar, yes ofcourse you can do RSA. It's just a short term course . The only restriction you will have is 40 hours fortnightly working time.

Most of the short courses will require a face to face session. You can do a barista course before arrival may be if you want to :) that should help

Yes you can learn coffee making from India, that will come handy when you apply for cafe jobs here. But for construction license it has to be Australian certified. :) Hope this helps

Hello like ur videos. My husband did his master from Australia Melbourne in network and telecommunications engineering. He couldn't get enough points for pr. So now what he can do to buy time??? We can't go for student visa again due to financial crisis but someone told that he can go for short courses Can you please give some ideas what to do which is cheaper ways.
