G'day Joe, I feel ya, I seem to spend more time updating the game and mods than I do playing the game. A lot of people actually play older versions of the game by disabling auto updates so they can avoid all that.

Are them tips just for useing steering wheel did it does it work with controller and do you know how to stop your truck from drifting when going around corners at high speed thanks where did you get them white wheels from If you have the link please share it with me thanks

G'day Xtreme, yes they work with controller, and if you are experiencing under-steer at high speeds then you might be able to reduce it by adjusting "under-steer slip" in the control section or slow down lol. Sorry not at my gaming computer at the mo so will get link to wheels later

"IF" one is not a KB+M user aka player. Then the first thing one should do prior to purchaseing this game, is to save enough money to purchase a controller referred to as a "WHEEL". When having sufficent fund's for both. One will find this game is the "GREATEST". Though it can be played with a game pad, one will have issue setting the steering configuration's. One has to choose between driving on the high way, or in the city. Becaue one isn't able t do both, in any sort of safe way, meaning you will have accident's if set for highway and your driving in a city or visa versa. That said, it's possible, assuming one doesnt' have "DUMB THUMB'S as I do, whch in my case aren't dumb, there completly ignorant. One can find a setting that if not having "DUMB THUMB'S" will allow one to drive pretty well in both enviorment's. One more thing, if you purchase both a wheel and the game and your a "BOOMER" hire the kid next door to install the wheel. Once done, it will be well worth what ever you had to pay him/her/it to do it.

I totally agree that a wheel is the way to go, I use a G29 wheel, pedals, gearshift and 18 speed shifter knob, they give the game a more realistic flavor. You can checkout the gear I use in the description.👍

I use an Xbox controller, and have found that setting the dead zone slightly larger and then holding the stick in the upward position allows you to rock the stick left or right with a lot more control, as you are pushing against the controller.
