    Thanks for these tips! To support my gut health, I’ve made a habit of drinking hot tea after eating a meal. I usually enjoy ginger, peppermint, spearmint, or chamomile. I’ll also take a digestive enzyme supplement if I’m going to have a very heavy meal. The probiotic/prebiotic by Seed is awesome. I was shocked when it cleared a sinus infection that wasn’t clearing with prescription medication. Also, your baby girl is beautiful! So very happy for you!

    Yes having to give up alcohol, sweets and gluten. My stress and anxiety have improved greatly over the past year. So getting my act together and stop eating what i know is not right for me is key. Im hula hoopinig and using weights.

    I have been wanting to take the free master classes and informational podcast I see for learning about the Gut Microbiome. I feel that with my practice as a registered nurse this is the direction I would like to go. Holistic and functional health with a focus on nutrition. As I see my patients and as well as myself, do not have enough education in regard to nutrition and how it can help the body. Jehovah God created the vegetation of the earth to strengthen and nourish each part of these bodies we have been blessed with. It has just been within the past 2 decades I believe that we have come to know the GI system is more complex and lends to overall health than we were taught and learned previously. I love this video and all the motivation Dr. Nina, you give us to be better to our mental and physical wellbeing, and also encouraging us to show up for ourselves to learn to love ourselves so that we can be better humans.

    I also eat fast. Coming from a large family and also military background. These are things that aid in my eating fast. I have to pay attention or I’ll gobble my food down in minutes. One thing more I noticed by trying to eat slower. Once my food cools off it’s no longer appealing to me. 🤷🏾‍♀️

    I wish I would have had this two years ago. I had to research all this on my own. The doctors could not help me. They wanted to put me on medication. I had bad gas, my poops were like nothing I ever smelled it was horrible. I was constipated. I am using a detox with charcoal in it, taking chlorophyll, i try to take a fresh garlic clove or roasted garlic clove on an empty stomach, drink plenty of water, yogurt with no sugar, also eat them veggies. Can you tell the probiotic is helping? Cheese and sugar will swell me up. Thank you for this video.

    I have Gastroparesis (delayed emptying of the stomach) I have to be on a low fat low fiber diet. I am always having gut issues. I have type 2 diabetes that is the reason I have the issues. It is no fun, I have to eat very slowly also.

    I had to start eating more veggies like beets, and I love Kombucha and Ginger, Lemon, and Lime, and now I’m doing vegan and I love how it makes me feel, but today I cheated I went to DQ and got me a Peanut Butter Blizzard but I’m back to my grind tomorrow and not stopping.     Chile when you start eating better and take foods out/try to put them back. You learn what isn't good for your gut when you are up all night on that toilet🤣😂🤣 Now we are going to lie to ourselves/be in denial for awhile like maybe that was a bad batch or it was something else, because you don't want to give it up. I'm so mad I can't eat macaroni, pasta, bread and sweets anymore. But I got tired of having stomach/bowl issues and feel so much better now.
