    Crazy how sometimes we forget about the Capital Gain, very similar in the UK! Totally agree on Interest Only loans, that's a good one but need to be mindful about the catches. For us, the time to renew our mortgage rates in the UK is coming, so interest times ahead with the volatility we currently have in the world ha 🤪

    The main change is that it’s less attractive to buy (and also to sell, assuming you need to buy again). Also interest-only loans are less attractive with the interest rate is 5% and hence more urgent to pay

    @@MarioScianHQ I had the exact same question as Bjoern. Would you advise to wait 6 to 12months to see where the interest rates but also the real estate prices are developing?

    Hola Mario, como ves un Andel 3 MDKK, 30% downpayment. Son 80m2 en KBH V, diferencia de precio con Ejer similar 50%, pero echando cuentas con préstamos al 4%-5%, si consigo venderlo por lo mismo, pierdo dinero por coste financiero, venderlo por más del precio de salida, difícil. Muy útiles todos tus videos, llevo 8 años por DK, una pena no haber descubierto tu canal antes. Enhorabuena.

    Depende, lo de social housing si tenes suerte puede ser un muy buen deal - pero si queres invertir con eso no podes
