Definitely cut back and noticed and accepted the problem. It’s selfish because I just drink to feel the high but the consequences outweigh the selfish decision.

1year sober today. Your videos have really helped especially the bits about reframing how you view alcohol. Every aspect of my life has improved and I have absolutely no desire to drink again. Thanks Leon👍🏻

I quit 2 days ago. I hated waking up feeling like a piece of trash. I hated how I made my wife feel. I hated spending money on poisoning myself.

Hi Leon 🎉just wanted to thank you !! Next month in June literally about a week from now I will have three years of not drinking. Thanks to your program and sober clear!!! Because of your program this has been an effortless journey. Life is wonderful I am now working out and have been more fit than ever before. Also working my dream job and recently just bought a new car. Even the bad days in life have become a lot easier because I’m not putting a poison in my body anymore. I have a different view of alcohol. I was never the problem alcohol was and your program made it so easy to understand. Life is beautiful and thank you.!!!!

What pisses me off is I went outta town for a week and had 4 glasses of wine over 7 days. No biggie. No cravings. Came home and right back to insanity. WTF

Back to a messy house, wife , kids nagging, bills piled up unpaid, dishes unwashed, garbage piled up in every room, ohnwait...that's me...3, 4 glass of wine a day. When ur put everyone is together. No chance to sneak a drink , home alone you go overboard

ah I finally got this comment when I walking around today I was thinking what did u mean oh ur family home life is not making u happy :( thats a bummer as someone who hasn't actually dated anyone or created a family I feel blessed I dont have a situation that makes me utterly truly miserable. Why ive been really boozing it up is because of a general sense of anger twordes society and how evil and vile it is and oppressed the human beings are and how I feel like there is nothing I can do to improve it as a whole because its simply too big however with a nice attitude adjustment this is solvable ur situation seems much harder to change and improve

I stopped once before for 114 days and felt amazing! 🤩 The cravings on that 115th day however, were hard-core.… I am tired of reliving this endless cycle of drinking, hangovers, surviving the day, till my body reminds me it’s 4 pm and I can drink again, and then feeling exponentially disappointed in myself every day. I intuitively know that it is my soul’s purpose to overcome this addiction because I know that I came to this planet to do great things! To help others in so many ways, but I know I can’t do that with brain fog, no motivation, no energy, and an overall disconnection from God and my spiritual purpose. It’s interesting, in astrology there is a fixed star at 22° Taurus called Algol Which is a malefic star representing decapitation or “losing your head”. Coincidentally (or not!) Algol is the Latin root word for alcohol. Alcohol makes you (figuratively) loose your head!! I am ampIng myself up for the big disconnect from this poison, and I appreciate your videos Leon! Thank you again ❤🙏

Hello! You should also tell people that quitting is a process. We tend to think it’ll just be I think I’m quitting, then, bam I’m done. It is more complicated. Relapse is just as important as success. It took me many many sincere attempts to finally quit smoking. I’m not past drinking yet. It’s hard cause it’s my last crutch and it covers my trauma for me. Seems like quitting drinking is a different kind of difficult

No alcohol is an addictive substance. I think they claim it’s a disease to take the onus off the real culprit which is the ALCOHOL. Read “this naked mind “ and “alcohol explained “. The reality is alcohol is a big business.

‘Addictive personality disorder’ I believe is the actual disease. So what you’re addicted to can certainly vary; but alcohol is so readily available in our every day lives and “socially acceptable “ that it is a common go to, at least it is for me! 😢
